Have had the PC operating for more than…
Have had the PC operating for more than a week and am well satisfied. On-line ordering to delivery took twelve working days - not bad for an order made on Black Friday with the additional Xmas demand for what was essentially a custom-built built unit. The graphics card was upgraded without incurring extra charges as the original spec was out of stock. The one slight gripe was the on-line progress checker had the order as "awaiting assembly pending parts" right up to the point the courier was outside my door. Highly recommended.

Classy Build
I went for an "Entry Plus Video Editing Computer". After consultation with Sion (very helpful), I had the build tweaked slightly to include an SD card reader, which necessitated a different case. Also went for a better graphics card.
Nice build, with no bloatware. I've been using with Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements and have been impressed with the speed. It'll take me some time to make full use of the capabilities of this machine. Very happy so far.

Excellent Service
Happy to give punch Technology a 5 Star rating. They were very helpful through-out. The Help desk was very efficient and sorted the one thing I was not sure about immediately. They gave a 10 day turn-a-round and that is exactly what it was. The videos on the website guide you through the set up process and any problems you might encounter. Well worth watching. The whole process remained stress free.

Very pleased with service and order
Very pleased with my PC build from Punch. Answered my queries very quickly and the build was put together very well. Pricing was very competitive and was the cheapest for the build I wanted. Good range of components to choose from. My only criticism is the queue feature on my orders page. My build was delivered when on the order page I was number 17 in the queue. A welcome surprise/fault!! I would recommend this company

A Support Team that really SUPPORTS its customers!
I bought two Punch laptops at the same time for different roles, both via Laptops Direct. One worked impeccably from the off ... sadly the other did not. There were problems with sound cutting out for no apparent reason. While initial thoughts, including my own, were that this was a software problem (ie more likely to be my fault) the marvellous support team at Punch (Laptops Direct put me straight onto them) did not desert me. The matter took a long time to resolve, but in the end the support guys at Punch got everything working perfectly for me. Jonathan, Oliver, Sean and others thank you all so much - you are an exceptional bunch!!

Excellent service, would use again
I called in advance, was given helpful, accurate and friendly advice. The order process on-line was easy, and the PC arrived earlier than expected.
The PC itself is very well assembled, worked well out of the box, and I've had no issues.
Delighted with the service, would recommend and use again.

The online shop is excellent and prices are better than most other companies offering the same service. Communication could have been slightly better as website and order information did not match up correctly but my item arrived when expected. Have used them twice now and not been disappointed.

The build quality is amazing. The waiting time was not. The site states 10 days. Only after diving into details could I find that the company was referring to working days. All of this came down to nothing as I've placed my order on the 25.09 only to receive it on the 12.10. You do the math. After receiving the package, I noted that the RAM was of a different brand. Nobody informed me of the swap.

We're really sorry to hear you've had a disappointing experience and understand that waiting for your new system can be frustrating. Our delivery periods are approximate, and whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders in a timely manner, there are occasions when the build and testing phase may take longer than expected, particularly in busy periods. We aim to ensure that all orders are fulfilled within 30 days of the date of the Order Confirmation.
We apologise for the change of RAM. Normally, if we do have to make a swap for any reason we would reach out and make you aware, and we're sorry that was missed on this occasion. Where the swap has occurred we have used more expensive components than those ordered. Our customer service team will be reaching out to you shortly.
