I was looking for a harness that was strong but also comfortable for my part beagle, part everything else dog. She weighs about 40 pounds but is super-strong and had pulled out of her old harness. I found Pup's Closet which offered lots of choices of harnesses. I ordered one according to the specs with her weight and measurements. I also ordered a leash. A couple weeks went by and I hadn't heard anything from Pup's closet, so I emailed them about the order. A real person, Jessica, emailed me back promptly to inform me that my order was being shipped and should be there the next day, and included a tracking link.
Well, the order was there the next day and the harness and leash were perfect! They even had her name printed on a fabric that I could stick onto her harness. I took Mollie on a walk that day with her new harness and leash. I would recommend this company very highly. I guess they are a small business but growing. I will order from them again if I need any more doggie items.

Surprisingly well made, and the XL was nicely adjustable for my Lab mix. She's not that big but has a very deep chest. Best thing of all...you really can't put it on your dog without giving them a GREAT BIG HUG!

The harness arrived in a timely manner. I was disappointed to find no instructions or fitment guidance or any printed materials in with the product. Just the bag and the harness. Not sure if we are happy with the harness. Pup wants to turn around and chew on it. Still evaluating to determine if we need another size or will return it.

I chose a secure harness for my little Houdini - an 8 pound poodle shih tzu mix. I’m very happy with the quality and appearance. But that little girl got one front leg out the first day. I have folded over the part of the harness that crossed the front of her chest and no more escapee. The harness will be fine. I also invested in a matching lime green leash. It is very well made and would be appropriate for our 100# Doberman German Shepard mix. It was shown on the website as an option for that harness and the color is a match - just didn’t need one that heavy duty. Costumer Service has been excellent including communication and time it took to receive our order.

I ordered an XL for a Golden Retriever and it fit perfectly. It's easy to put on and take off. Our dog is 10 months od and weighs approx 60 lbs. there is plenty of adjustme nts as she ages and fills out. I accidently ordered a XS, my error and customer service quickly replaced it with the XL. I recommend this harness and company. I also ordered the leash. Very excellent quality also.

The harness I ordered is very well made. Unfortunately the small size is to large for my puppy. Hopefully she will grow into it.

The personalized harness was perfect! We live in Laplace, Louisiana and lost just about everything in our home to hurricane Ida. We had borrowed a leash and collar from a friend to walk our 13 year old yellow lab, Gracie. PupsCloset was just what we needed. Shipping was fast and by using their sizing chart, the fit was perfect.

The personalized brown leather collar arrived yesterday. It is exactly what I wanted. I got the brown because my dog has brown spots and it matches perfectly. The name plate was done correctly and now he has information and I don't have to listen to any jingling all night long! The size of the collar was correct and is well made. I am very happy with my purchase.
I did try to do a live chat because the shipping took so long (which I blame on current events) but I never got a response.

I did have trouble at first tracking my parcel my fault used the wrong website Grip Harness instead of Pups Closet.

Purchased a small (12lb) harness that had capability to add dog's name or text on the sides of the harness. Loved the idea that it was super easy to put on! Did not like the stiffness of the body's fabric (more like a quilted thickness) or the velcro panel name plates that were provided to stick on each side of the harness body. Name plates are way too large for a smaller dog's harness.

for the price it's okay. pretty much about the same as others. appears to be light weight, which is good for a small dog. would i recommend this product / company; i would consider it. the inquiry into the product the people seemed to understand what i was looking for, were helpful and product was delivered in a timely manner. as long as the dog is not too excitable it's easy to put on. adjusting it though is a bit tough,

I live in Australia and bought 2 XXL harnesses for my German Shepherds. Not only are they are adjustable to fit, also well made and so easy to put on. My dogs look totally stunning in them with that extra touch of having their names attached. Would definitely recommend as you won't be disappointed.

I placed my order at the end of July and it is not yet on the shores of the United States. I would've appreciated a heads up before ordering that it would be on a slow boat from China. It was supposed to be a gift for someone. I have emailed with no response and have tried to chat online with an invisible presence. I have received no response from the company. I had thought it would be great to support a small business and that they would be more responsive, not in hiding.

Ordered 6 collars on 8/7/2021. Supposedly shipped from China on 8/15/2021. No movement from China since that date. Spoke to customer service on 8/26/2021 and they said I should receive it in 5 to 8 business days. Still nothing and no response to e-mails or text since then. According to tracking, it isn't even in the United States yet. Plus the website states it should come from California. I'm not happy. I let my credit card company know this may be a scam.

They suck! Ordered on 8/8 and after a month, still no product! Been told twice my order was lost in transit…that is, when they respond to me! And they got their money when the order was placed…I’m thinking I’ve been scammed! Horrible business!!
