I placed the order on 8/13. I received an email on 8/18 indicating the shipment was on the way. I emailed on 8/27 because the charge had appeared on my credit card but the item had not been received, two weeks after placing the order. Miraculously, it arrived the following day (8/28). There were no instructions showing or telling how to put it on. It appears to be sturdy, but the medium size I ordered is very snug on my dog, and there does not appear to be a way to adjust it to make it fit better. We've only had time to use it a couple of times. It appears to work OK, but for the price paid, I expected better service and at least some instructions.

I have re-purchased customized collars and leashes for both of my cocker spaniels 3 times from Pups Closet! The quality of the material is very nice. It is thick and strong without being too heavy on their necks. The clasp on the buckle is very dependable and has never come undone. This company puts true effort and care into their products.

Extremely pleased with the product & service.

I love the dog harness with the two name tags that I attached to the harness.
Only issue I have is the lack of information regarding shipping dates.

I ordered a personalized dog harness. It took a very long time to receive it. I have used it a few times, the quality of the printing on the personalized tabs is poor and the name and phone number are already rubbing off. No customer service available at all!! No toll free phone number, not even through my credit card company. The digital chat does not work. I will NEVER purchase another product from this company.

So easy to put on her!!!! She ran from the harness at first, but now that she knows how well it fits and how easy it is to put on, she’s stopped running away and welcomes it as our sign of a good walk coming!!!! Bunty no longer pulls so hard and the harness is definitely sparing her neck — thank you! And it really does look attractive on her!!!!

I made my first purchase at PupsCloset. I was really happy with the leather leash and engraved collar in pink. I order a lime green rope leash and vest with Velcro tag which I was a little disappointed with the quality of the vest. It is suppose to be a secure harness vest, but its not really secure for a large dog, which mine is. I will not be able to use that for training purposes for which it was intended. It did seem misrepresented in its picture unfortunately. I'm not sure what if anything I can do since there is a matching Velcro tag with her name, but it is detachable from the vest where another tag could be placed. We'll have to see what can be worked out. I love the pink leather engraved set.

We have four dogs and color code their collars so the color options were fantastic. We had a mishap on one of the collars but they answered their email and got me a new one as soon as possible which I loved! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and using them again when they wear these collars out!

The collar is WAY too thick for a small dog, and where the ring is, it juts into the neck, so very uncomfortable! It looks like plastic instead of leather. I would never use it on my dog. I wish I could return, but with the customization, I guess I’m stuck.

I was skeptical about ordering this harness because we didn’t know if the company was legit. Then not hearing anything about our order once placed made me nervous, but we finally heard something and it was reassuring. The harness arrived and we were very pleased with the ease of use. It goes on so easily and not stressful for our dog at all. Our only complaint at this point is the personalized name plates are WAY too long for the space provided for them to Velcro on and they poke our dog making him uncomfortable. My dog’s name is only 6 letters and there is a lot of left over space on the name plate so I am not sure why it needs to be that long. I am not sure we can even use those as they are not at all comfortable for him. I reached out to the company and after several days, I heard back and they told me to move them up on the harness. WHAT??? So they could poke his neck instead??? NO!!! I had to find someone with a sewing machine to cut them and stitch them to make them usable. I am furious with the customer service we received on this situation. The harness itself is nice, but the personalization isn’t worth the extra cost!

I ordered two harnesses and two collars I received the two harnesses, but not the two collars. I have contacted support numerous times. The first time I got a response apologizing for the mistake, and told the collars would be sent. It has been quite some time and the collars have not been received, nor have any of my other inquiries have been responded to. Does not seem to be a very professional company and I am out the cost of two collars.

Ordered a hard to find sized collar for my dog. I wanted a 1/2 inch wide but most collars weren't long enough to fit my dogs neck. Was thrilled this collar fit perfectly! Also very well made and I love that it is personalized with my dogs name and my phone number. Only negative was it took over 2 1/2 weeks to receive and I did not get any tracking info.

Loved the product but just took over a month to ship. Great for dogs that chew on their tags.

Ordered a heavy duty harness for our 115 Lab. Typed in her name for the free name plates. Instead of getting a name we were sent a (do not pet) tag to place on each side. They said no name was given, yet I typed it on the order form. Still stuck with (do not pet tags), or pay $14.95 more. 2nd offer was $6.95 more. Great quality harness, just wish I got my free name tags sent as I requested. But did not want to add $7 to a $40 dog harness. Make sure they see your requested name if you order a personalized item.
