Nice gym but the hours I need well..
Nice gym but the hours I need is very very busy ie 100avg.
Only 1 in my town.
I cancelled my membership as I could train what I wanted/needed to.
Need atleast 2 more in my area not just 1

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym. Couldn’t get the buddy system to work and also couldn’t buy a day pass. Also no one around to help. Ended up having to create a new account.

Quick and Easy
The joining was quick and easy and it was clear what I was signing up for! The only downside was that only after signing up and choosing if I wanted to delay the start of my contract or not could I see when the gym inductions were and saw that there were not any outside of standard business hours and it will be 2 weeks before I have a day off that coincides with an induction. As a new gym user it would have been nice to be able to do an induction on my first visit to the gym.

We always advise that new members have an induction to ensure they are familiar with the lay out of the gym and understand how to use the different pieces of equipment. Inductions are usually placed on the class time table. You can also get in touch with the Gym Manager via email, and an induction can be arranged for a specific date and time. Alternatively, members are able to speak to the staff in the gym (if they are not on the gym floor, please feel free to knock on the staff room door) and have an induction. Thanks, PureGym

I went to the gym at about 8.30 am when…
I went to the gym at about 8.30 am when it was not very busy so it was very comfortable. The equipment I needed was readily available although there are not many weights under 5 kg.

Very secure with Q code entry, great quality machines and equipment, very open and spacious, you don't feel like you are breathing everyone else's air. Very clean changing area, overall, Super Impressed.

I've recently switched from gym group…
I've recently switched from gym group to pure gym, I've been going for 3 weeks now and everyday there is a new teenager vaping and chanting I feel this is not on in a gym like environment and I'm seeing skinny kids about 5ft5 running around on their tip toes with their t-shirts off and knocking weights on floor it is also full of tramps who about 6ft showering in the gym as they don't at home showering nude with door open this is by far the worst gym I've ever been to

Great Gym except...
This is one of the best gym I have possibly ever been to, however I do often see a scrawny guy (last name Oliver) leaving stinky protein farts around the gym and also walking around giving lifting tips to the biggest strongest guys in there, including me.

Missed a lot of training over Christmas…
Missed a lot of training over Christmas due to Telford gym being closed, I joined this gym as I was let to believe you would be open 365 days a year. I have now cancelled my membership
