Quick and Easy
The joining was quick and easy and it was clear what I was signing up for! The only downside was that only after signing up and choosing if I wanted to delay the start of my contract or not could I see when the gym inductions were and saw that there were not any outside of standard business hours and it will be 2 weeks before I have a day off that coincides with an induction. As a new gym user it would have been nice to be able to do an induction on my first visit to the gym.

Hi there - Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We always advise that new members have an induction to ensure they are familiar with the lay out of the gym and understand how to use the different pieces of equipment. Inductions are usually placed on the class time table. You can also get in touch with the Gym Manager via email, and an induction can be arranged for a specific date and time. Alternatively, members are able to speak to the staff in the gym (if they are not on the gym floor, please feel free to knock on the staff room door) and have an induction. Thanks, PureGym
