Purchased a wedge for my coccyx pain, and it actually made the pain worse.

Great that they make it in the UK, but the quality of it doesn't seem to be particularly good. Just nice packaging. Then again, I didn't keep it as it wasn't helpful, so I had the pleasure of sending it back at my expense for 5£. (Non refundable)

On the website, it says it's suitable for all office chairs. The one I have is an ergonomic one of sorts, so I suspect that's why it may have aggravated the pain. I pointed this out to the Customer service team, but they didn't update it on the website.

Can't understand why it would cost such a premium price, apart from the cost of rent in the UK.

After my original 1-star review (below), the company Putnams reached out offering to refund the full product price if I agreed to remove my review.

That’s not customer service that’s an attempt to buy silence.

I declined, because honest feedback helps protect other consumers. Trying to purchase positive optics instead of fixing what’s wrong is shady and unethical. If your business relies on paying people to erase criticism, it tells you everything you need to know about their confidence in their product.

As a reminder, the product was still terrible flimsy foam, cheap cover, and not remotely worth the price. The follow-up behavior only confirmed my initial impression: poor quality, poor integrity.

I bought the Travel Topper and honestly, it’s one of the worst purchases I’ve made. The foam is cheap, the cover is paper thin, and trying to get the foam insert into it is a complete joke — it crumples and twists like tissue paper. For something that cost me nearly $200 with shipping, I expected quality. What I got looks and feels like a $20 bargain bin Walmart mattress cover. Absolutely not worth the hype or the price.

Everything about Putnams was second to none - so much so that I signed up to trust pilot tonight for the first time just to review them!

My sofas now have a new lease of life thanks to Putnam’s cushion refilling service which was a very easy process. I am delighted with the outcome.

Can you believe I was worried about going on holiday because I wouldn't have my trusted Putnam's pillow. So I bought the travel version for next day delivery. Arrived and packed easily into my carry-on case with my clothes for 10 days. Wish I had done it years ago. I have introduced 3 people to Putnam's, all are as appreciative as I am of this wonderful product.

Excellent service from Putmans. Tracy was very informative and helpful from the start. She saved me from being quoted to high for our cushion refill because we had measured it incorrectly. The turn around time was great and our cushions feel fantastic. It has saved us from buying a new sofa as loaf don’t offer cushion replacements. Would highly recommend!!

We had our sofa refilled by Putnams. It was such a quick, easy and smooth process. Tracy was on hand for all of my questions and explained very clearly to me how the sofa would look and feel. Putnams are absolute experts when it comes to foam and we felt like we could completely trust their advice. The cushions were sent to us after a week of confirming the order and we are so pleased with the result. No more plumping cushions every day!

I would not hesitate to recommend this company. I had some worn out saggy cushions on a sofa I'm still very fond of and wasn't sure what to do. I read good things about Putnams online, called them and spoke to a lovely lady who told me all about the cushion refilling service they provide and emailed the information I needed. I sent the cushion covers to them and within ten days received my newly refilled cushions. My old sofa feels like new again and I couldn't be happier! They did an amazing job and at a very affordable price. Thank you so much Tracy and everyone at Putnams. Seriously can't recommend them highly enough.

This is a solid foam wedge that raises the height of the head by elevating the torso. It is advertised as a memory foam product. I find this misleading. The wedge is of a very hard foam, with a thin layer of memory foam on top.
It has reduced my husband's snoring, but at the price of severe pain in his shoulders and neck. I have bought yet another memory foam pillow for him to use with it. So his head is comfortably cradled, but the position of his spine is poor.
The wedge does not contour to the body like a good mattress or a firm memory foam backed with a thinner backing of solid foam might, but remains rigid. Therefore the spine is supported as though on something akin to a slanting board. Maybe good for younger bodies but not good for older people.
In addition, the foam wedge is not covered in stockinette, which makes wrangling the thing into its pillowcase very difficult and irksome.
It is a good starting point, design wise, but I would have thought that this company could have done much better if someone had used some innovative capabilities to take the design further. Even I can see a number of adaptations that could be made.
For what it is, it is en expensive but rather primitive piece of kit. And the price of the spare pillowcases is also rather high. In my opinion.

Great service, great product, what more can I say.
I phoned to get VAT relief and ordered in from Tracy, within 26 hours it was fitted and in place and sooo comfy!

Recently diagnosed with OSA I’m having to wear a CPAP full face MASK!
As a result my sleeping position has been badly impacted, but thankfully I discovered this BRITISH company and its purpose designed pillow🙏 I was so pleased with the ease of the online purchase and delivery process, the quality of the product and the results it’s providing me😎. From the initial email contact to refilled cushions return the customer service has been prompt, informative, polite and professional and the returned cushions are fab. My only negative is that it would have been helpful to know when the cushions were to be returned, as they were left on our doorstep.

Personal service, nothing is too much trouble and the company went the extra mile to fullfill the order quickly.

Outstanding service for the second time! Having used Putnams once before for an entirely different reason, we went to them on Monday needing two insert cushions for our motorhome. Although they are extremely busy at the moment, they rushed through our job in order to help our son who is disabled, phoning us on Thursday to say that they were ready. The result? Two cushions of exactly the right density and size, wrapped in foam and netting, which add to the existing bench cushions to form the extra berth that we needed. Our son would not have understood why we couldn't go on holiday so it's been a life-saver (well, you know what I mean) for us. I recommend them unreservedly - many, many thanks to Bubbles (yes, really!) and the whole team.

I purchased a wedge pillow in April 2025 I contacted the company to say the foam is coming away from the memory foam. I was told this wouldn't deflect from its usage. I purchased a pillow that is faulty and I would have expected to receive a refund. If you buy something it shouldn't start coming apart. I would not recommend this product. In response to your reply the pillow is faulty it has come away from the memory foam it is not what I paid for the pillow is faulty. A 2 year guarantee should cover the fault and a refund should be given or replacement but ti be honest after the very poor customer service I would never use this company again. As I can see in a earlier review another dissatisfied customer AVOID AVOID
