Really great experience with Putnams, couldn't be happier with our sofa cushions!
Our 4-seater sofa base cushions had become flat and uncomfortable. Putnams have refilled them to exactly the right firmness, it's like having a new sofa back again.
From contact, discussing options to receiving the cushions (amazingly filled and delivered back to us within days of delivery to them) the service was second to none. Would definitely recommend.

High quality of the products is why I've been sleeping with a Putnam pillow for years. I recently phoned and asked about buying one for my niece but smaller. Very helpful team, Quick delivery, she loves it!

I purchased a bed wedge for my acid reflux, but after a couple of wks I noticed bed sores caused by this!! I have never suffered from them before and after removing it I am fine! I contacted them but they were not interested at all!! I was told to seek my Doctors advice . What ! Doctors advice for something their product was causing!! I don't think so!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Look elsewhere. They do not care about the customer!!! Terrible Customer Service!!

I recently purchased the ‘Putnams Bed Wedge for Acid Reflux’ with the memory foam top and I can’t fault it! Prior to using this product, my acid reflux frequently woke me in the night, but since using this bed wedge I have been able to sleep without interruption! It has been a godsend and I would highly recommend it. The slope is so gradual that you hardly notice that you are raised in bed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ five stars all the way!

Contacted Putnams regarding the best pillow to purchase for me as I have sleep apnoea. spoke to a very helpful advisor who I have to say got it spot on. very happy with the pillow, really helps with a full face CPAP mask. I then had an issue with one of the covers, I sent an email and got a response very quickly (which I missed), I then called their customer service line and spoke to lovely lady called Bubbles, who resolved the issue immediately. Amazing service, very good customer service and lightning delivery. I will definitely be buying from here again. Thank you.

I recently purchased the V Pillow and I've loved it from day 1. Perfect to rest between my knees for sleeping but can be used in other positions too.

I'm female and have had an indwelling catheter for two years now and find that sitting can be quite uncomfortable. Three different types of inflatable cushions provided free courtesy of the NHS did nothing to help - and then by chance I found Putnams. Looking through their easy to search website I discovered the vulva pressure relief cushion, so working on the anatomical theory that this might help I ordered one. It was despatched promptly and arrived two days later, and thankfully it has made a big difference so is well worth the money. Would definitely recommend it to those in a similar situation.

I suffer from sleep apnea and was given a CPAP machine to help with the condition, this really helped sort my sleep problem. Unfortunately the mask is quite awkward as a side sleeper, as such I started struggling really badly with neck and back pain. Searching online I found this is a common problem and some people claimed a solution is a special CPAP pillow. I researched these pillows and found Putnam's advanced memory foam pillow had good feedback. I won't lie the price was a little daunting for a pillow, but as they say you can't put a price on your health. I went ahead and purchased one and it was defiantly the right choice. What a difference it's made to my neck and back pain, I have been over the moon with the pillow it's made it so easy to get a great nights sleep, it's even been with me to Canada and back!

Now you might think end of story but nearly two years on and the pillow has a couple of tears in the memory foam, so I thought might as well treat myself to a new one. Back on Putnams website and browsing I noticed that the pillows come with a '2 year guarantee' so thought what the heck, I'm sure I'll get fobbed off but I'll just send them photos of the damage and a copy of my receipt and see what they say (not holding out massive hope, if I'm honest)

How wrong was I! The next day I received a personal phone call telling me the pillow was guaranteed and they would be sending me a replacement, this was followed up with a conformation email stating what I was told over the phone.

This is customer service at it's very best! It's has totally comforted me and vindicated my decision when thinking about the price of the pillow. Knowing that I am a valued customer is worth a hell of a lot in my book (a lot of bigger companies could take note!)

I know I have gone on (just a bit, lol) but if you are thinking about buying something from Putnams and you aren't quite sure, you are not making a mistake! Keep up the great work team Putnams

My husband had an operation for oesophagial cancer 4years ago, and has suffered from reflux on and off ever since. Our daughter is an occupational therapist and she recommended we try a bed wedge.
I ordered one from Putmans and it arrived within 3 days. He is very happy with it as it has really reduced his episodes of reflux.

I know that people love hyperbole, but I can honestly say that the "Sero Pressure Cushion Bonyparts Cut Out" in 4" Armchair size has LITERALLY changed my life.

I suffer from multiple health issues that result in muscle wastage and nerve pain / degeneration. It's become so bad that I can't even sit upright for an hour anymore without being in agony for two days afterwards, thus I've been confined to bed too much.

This item changed that in just one day. Yesterday I was able to sit up and do things for several hours before a mild amount of pain returned, and that's more than I've been able to do in two months.

An excellent product and a very pleasant company with whom to deal. They obviously really care about their customers with their speedy responses.

I bought this product for a friend who had been very ill and as a result lost a lot of weight. I ordered it online on Monday (Bank Holiday) expecting to wait for delivery. We were also experiencing Covid 19, so as with other items I had ordered at this time I expected a wait for delivery. The item arrived in 2 days!
It has been well received and my friend was very pleased with it.

I bought a bed wedge from them for chronic acid reflux and it has been a game changer for me. I have had a vast improvement of symptoms and a much improved nights sleep. Great customer service from Putnams and a very quick reply to any emails I had sent.

I have been using the Putnam’s kneeling chair for over 10 years. I run the design studio Newwave Design, sitting on poorly upholstered chairs in my previous job coupled with long nights working caused permanent soreness when I sit. This means I am no longer able to sit in office chairs. The chair evenly distributed pressure between my knees and bottom, I use the chair in the high position and with a raised height desk which is essential. This enabled me to work through the day. I used to find I would strain my neck too in regular chairs when it was really cold, turning to speak to people behind me, but this chair allows your spine to pivot - preventing this issue and straightening my back in the process.
A number of people have come to my studio and seen the chair who were struggling with back problems, and then go on to buy one themselves. One client came in after two years and thanked me as it had resolved his back issue. Some bought cheaper versions from other suppliers and regretted it due to the terrible upholstery.
I have contacted Putnam’s a few times and they have been very helpful and flexible. They even created seat and knee pads with a higher density foam. To ensure they got it right they sent me different foam grade samples. This level of support is not what you expect from a manufacturer of a commodity product, but it’s exactly what you should do to build a great brand – well done!
