Filling the QDRO was easy. when I learned later that i need to do the QDRO at a different place, they were understanding a refunded me right away. Very professional company.

If you're needing to use out a QDRO, you're already in a rough spot. The good news is this company makes the process as streamlined as possible. You start by submitting the info you're able to submit on your own, and then they will walk you through the rest of on the phone if necessary. The company that manages my 403b approved the first draft, the judge signed it, and my ex got paid to leave me. Simple as that! Well worth the price.

I am grateful for the help - it made an intimidating task possible and I am pleased with the results!

Do you really need an attorney for your QDRO? On advice from a trusted financial advisor, I gave QDRO Desk a try, and was pleasantly surprised. The online program felt like it could use an update to be more intuitive, but it didn't take too long to get the hang of it. (I did like the way that state-specific requirements/advice would pop up for some of the questions.) Best part of all, though, was the customer support behind it. Christine provided prompt and knowledgeable help to get the custom elements my pension administrator required incorporated into the final version. Bottom line, a quality product with expert support - from a real person! - there to help if needed.
