The specialist Ms Christine and all of the staff were vey polite and extremely knowledgeable , also very helpful and professional and definitely very patient in their ability to explain clearly so I could understand the process. A pleasant experience.
The website was very easy to navigate and clearly explained each step. When I had questions, a call to the company put me in touch with Christine. Christine was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining what I had to do and why. She reviewed all three QDRO’s I was working on very quickly and corrected most issues herself. The final piece I had to adjust was explained and I was able to get it done. I am very happy with the service and the painless experience. Thank you, Christine.

Fairly easy process however would be nice to have a call to walk through list of questions, especially for people not so business savvy. I also don’t understand why they indicate in email that it would take additional 3-5 months for plan administrators to process

Helpful
The on line process continued to send an error each time I tried to pay. I called support and they could not understand why that happened on several occasions as well. I also send a chat message.
Christine is amazing and very customer service. I got through the process with her help!
