Clothing looked good when purchased but the quality was not great. After a year or so the jogging bottoms fell apart and the T shirts and sweat tops lost their logos. Contacted customer services who were not interested as the items were outside of the warranty period.

Great quality as always. Brilliant sales. could not wish for more.

Visited the Evesham store at The Valley well stocked and some great bargains

Item I purchased was wonderful shame they use Royal Mail for delivery initially told they had the item and would be delivered Monday then told it would be Tuesday then told Wednesday between 12.30 and 2.30 finally arrived after 6 pm

The company keeps sending me emails and when I select the option to unsubscribe it just gives the error page "that's odd something seems to be missing"

Firstly let me start by saying I absolutely love Quba & CO’s clothes. Over the past 4 months my wife and I have spent circa £1400 with them. The styles and quality are very good.
HOWEVER, my first actual interaction with them concerning a return was appalling with them showing no customer service or loyalty at all.
I had purchased some Chinos and get a size too big so we followed the returns policy sending them back together with a coat my wife also wanted to return and at the same time we then both ordered the goods we were returning in the correct sizes.
Then it all went wrong. Despite my wife knowing what was in the parcel we sent back Quba said the trousers were not in there and would therefore not issue a refund. Despite me pointing out that I had ordered the correct sizes on another order so why would I want to have kept the too big chinos and also saying that I would be happy with just a credit in the account instead of cash back they simply refused to budge saying we had not returned them. What ever happened to “the customer is always right”? What ever happens to customer service and acknowledging the value of orders recently placed?
Despite the clothes being great i am now nervous of ordering again in case this event repeats itself because as a customer i have no comeback here - Quba can simply say goods were not returned and there is nothing you can do about it and what they say goes. I would therefore urge caution to anyone ordering on line!

The process from order to delivery is smooth and fast
The sweatshirts are so comfortable and stylish and I love the new colours I have all of them and they last for years!

Ordered a jacket for my son’s birthday and I was emailed just days before to say due to a stock error they were cancelling my order and refunding me as it was now out of stock. Explanation was, ‘ these things happen’. No offer of an alternative. Really disappointing customer care.

Purchased a jacket nine months ago from there salcombe shop. Zip fell apart on the sixth use and the jacket was unusable.
Contacted customer services and submitted explanation together with photos only to be told they only guarantee there products for 6 months and could not help me!
Buyers beware, not the premium service nor quality they boast!!!

When I went into the shop in Lymington (ordered wrong size) the staff were fantastic really friendly and helpful. Very pleasant experience

Hi ordered the wrong jumper
On line. After e.mail Quba.they said return it or go to my local store in cowes so I did and got the right jumper lol.and bought another one as well

Lovely dress fits well. Arrived later than expected but this was due to the post office delivery - would prefer click & collect much easier!
