Bought something on a sale whilst…
Bought something on a sale whilst visiting family - I live in London, and when arrived home, saw that it was damaged. Because it was a sale item, I wasn’t able to return it. Ho hum… lessons learned, etc. But what really p*sues me off, you can unsubscribe, you can’t change preferences -mi never did subscribe but guess the shop added my email that I HAD to give.

Not sure which store told you this, but if the item is faulty and within 6 months of purchase, you can return it to any Quba store with your receipt for exchange or refund, regardless of it being in the sale. Also the store sign-ups are optional to get 10% off full-price purchases you do not have to sign up within the store if you don't want to do this.
Items don’t fit
Items don’t fit. They are no-where near the correct sizes. To return them, you have to pay all return costs!
Initial large posting fee and then you have to pay to return the item. Great!
Then you are advised there is no Exchange available so you have to order again and…yes, you have to pay up for the full amount of postage again.
This company - based on that well known old Port of Stockport! - seems to be happy to rip people off.
Just not worth the risk. The bill for their over-priced clothes just keeps going up and up… recommend shop elsewhere!

Superb after sale service!
I ordered a too large jacket for my wife, but when I called Quba and explained, I was sympathetically listened to, and helped to secure a replacement jacket of the correct size at no extra cost. Well done Quba and Neil.

Faulty zip - Amazing customer service
I brought a coat from Quba Sails which developed a faulty zip. I had mislaid the receipt and had purchase the item by cash a couple of months previously.
I contact customer services who were extremely helpful. We narrowed date down and they located the receipt. I returned the coat back with a prepaid label for inspection. A brand new coat was returned to me with no quibbles in super fast time.
I can only praise the service provided by company in paricular Neil in resolving the issue quickly, efficiently without any problem for me. Thank you !

Sorry for the poor experience, the emails are automated so sometimes they do get issued in error but we do try to pull them off the system to avoid confusion.

Dartmouth shop staff always extremely helpful. Was able to try jacket on for size in shop and order on line to obtain weekend discount offer. Item received very quickly and just as I wanted. Shame same weekend discount wasn't on offer in shop as would hate to lose the shop.

Fantastic staff
Have been to two Quba shops now (Dartmouth & Fowey) and I have to say, what great sales people they have. Very polite, very honest and incredibly tentative.
Both Ellie in Fowey and the fella (didn’t get his name but he was from Nashville) in Dartmouth are an asset to your company.

Zip didn’t last
I've purchased quite a few items over the years and not had any issues, however the jacket i purchased less than a year ago has developed a problem with the zip. Customer service were quick to reply, but weren’t able to offer a repair/solution (other than to find a third party). After looking on here (TrustPilot), I see other people have also had issues with zips. I really expected better (it wasn’t a cheap), and therefore will sadly not be buying anything more.

In order to qualify for any exchange or repair the jacket must be within six months of the purchase date sadly this one was outside that period, apologies.
Expensive Quba jacket falls apart after washing
Expensive Quba jacket , put in the washing machine , followed all instructions , 30 c , non bio , turned jacket inside out , etc
The glued seams on the inside of the jacket just started coming away !!!!
Jacket out of 6 months warranty , their consumer email didn't want to know anything or want to help in any way
