I really like how fast I receive my orders but sometimes I don't get exactly what I ordered and most of your dvd's are old and out dated though I would love to see newer products! !
Purchase DVD, never received. The company did nothing,had to get money back through CC. Fraud company beware Update, your reply makes no sense, I have no idea what or who you are talking about.

Shipping has gotten quicker, however lately have gotten some defective disks, am working to get them replaced. Have been a customer for years, pretty decent place overall.

I'm not sure why a customer would take the time to leave a review, but not send us an email about a problem.

Good quality products
I'm glad I found this site they have good quality products at unbelievable prices! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the delivery time was kind of slow at least in my experience on my first order and because my dvd's came in paper sleeves instead of original plastic dvd cases which makes them hard to store and protect but bottom line I will be placing many orders in the future.

Hey Shaun, thanks for the kind words. I looked up your order there was a delay. That isn't typical of our delivery time. Don't expect that in the future. If you want cases with your DVDs type "I WANT CASES" by clicking on "Add a Note to My Order" on the first page of the checkout. We will ship the items with cases that are available in cases. Typically that is anything over $4. There are exceptions. The majority of our customers have families and they don't want to have to hide 100 DVD cases. It takes up too much room. The protective sleeve is adequate protection for storage. Some people want cases for their collections.

ordered 18 $1.99 dvds, 17 of them were good. expected my dvds in 1-3 days like the priority shipping is advertised, but it took 7 days.

Hey Jim, thanks for the order. You ordered on the 2nd and we didn't ship until the 5th. We should have gotten that out on the 3rd. Your order had 19 items on it so it was on the large side, but it still should have shipped on the 3rd. We are always trying to get orders out faster, but once in a while there are 1-2 day delays. Hope you order from us again. Im gonna refund part of your shipping charge. You will get an email about it.

We have been buying from this site for months now. I would say we have ordered probably 10 or 15 times. We have never had a bad experience with them. We had a cd pact of 6 shipped, it was broke on arrival, I text them and they took care of it right away. I would recommend this site to anyone that wants great movies at a great prices, and very fast shipping...

Titles is misleading
My movies i order are pretty much one theme.Videos i choose is girls with large natural boobs.The pictures doesn't always show all parts of the video.When i do get a video and you see huge unnatural boobs i throw the video away.Another thing is i do not have a huge selection of videos fifty to seventy five,i have bought duplicates before.Some kind of email would be nice to let me know that i have bought this video.I have received another video instead of the one i had ordered.This was an attempt to give me something close.These are small problems and can't be cost efficient to your business.Other than these few issues i'm fine with your company.

Hi Michael thanks for the feedback. That is very helpful. Natural boobs is a real specific thing. My advice would be to buy "features" not compilations. Compilations have a number of hours in the title 4 hours, 6 hours etc. Buy DVDs that just give the title. These will be more specific to your genre and more accurate in their description. Also try to shop above the $2.99 price point. The cheaper the DVD, the lower the quality and possibly less accurate. Although Legend Features are very accurate and usually around $2.49. We don't make any substitutions any longer. If we don't have something we will either get it in quickly or refund. We are going to make a point to get some "All Natural" titles that we feel are accurate in content.
