Our engineer was Mo Ameen, he was polite, quiet and very tidy. We were impressed that he put on his overshoes as soon as he came into the house. He was very experienced and we would highly recommend him.

Brilliant Baily our installer did a great job efficient, instalation. Even set the tv and computer and phones up for us. Change over from our other company effortlessly. Great experience up to now would recommend this .

Bobby is a Brilliant engineer, helped install where I wanted and good comms throughout the install. Really neat job too, perfect!

From start to finish, Quickline were brilliant to deal with. I had to ring the helpline regarding installation date and the lady was very helpful.
Karl H was our installer on the day and he wss incredibly polite, professional but friendly. He even got rid of the dust behind the tv! Would highly recommend Quickline. Breath of fresh air!

The engineer was friendly, polite and informative

We had a very polite and respectful installer called Matt F come and install broadband today. He was clean, thorough and efficient in his work and carried out the work without fuss. He completely checked to make sure we had full signal in every room and left everything clean and tidy. We live in a rural area and have always suffered with very poor signal. Our broadband is now superfast and we are very pleased with the Quickline service.

Peter Watson attended my home today to do an install and he was very quick, efficient and respected my property. He explained what he was doing throughout the install and answered any questions I had. He even took his time to really ensure he walked throughout the house to ensure good signal everywhere which I really appreciated.

After waiting since October for the broadband to be installed, it was finally completed today (13th April 2026).

The only reason I am putting 5 stars ⭐ is because of the 2 absolutely amazing engineers that attended (Alvin & Finn R). What was a horrific experience up until they attend was turned around by them both. They are friendly, know what they're doing and even though there was a hurdle to over come, they did.

Alvin & Finn R are an absolute credit to quickline.

Following my install I feel I need to update this review.

I had been experiencing an installation issue since October 2025. All I can say is how this was dealt with through to completion and then resolving my complaint, quickline have been outstanding!

I always say it's not about what happens but how it was resolved and it certainly has.

So a massive thank you to Jon-Paul, Emma, Alvin and Finn R, you're all a credit to quickline.

A lovely young lady called Katrina came and installed our fibre broadband, quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. She was very good. Thank you

Matt was friendly and approachable and he took no time to get the job done

The whole process in signing up for Quickline Full fibre broadband was very easy, and they paid my early termination fee with my current provider.

The engineer that came on the day (Stan S) was absolutely brilliant and had everything up and running very quickly and tidily.

I am really impressed with the whole experience and the full fibre installation is blisteringly quick with no lagging. The price is also great!

On a final note, I chose Quickline as they are a local company with a local call centre.

Installer really knowledgeable and helpful

The installer Stan was very polite and helpful, was on time and explained everything, also cleaned up after himself. I was very impressed.

Moved to a rural area, quickline offer much better speeds, cheaper per month with no mid contract price hikes. Installed without a hiccup today. Kieran S our installer was really helpful and professional and it was a really smooth install and we now have superfast WiFi.
