Our installer Josh Ricketts was really helpful and polite he helped me connect to the wifi when I was in a rush for a work meeting which was brilliant. it was a great service and very pleased with our internet connection

Problem with the broadband after initial installation.
Similar issue which was solved by Harrison S within 10/15 minutes.

Neat and tidy

Our Quickline engineer Lewis H installed our new broadband this week working very hard to make sure that the cabling was just where we wanted it. He was ably assisted by Rob Young leaving the house near and tidy. Good work!

Absolute Nightmare

From start to finish with quickline has been appalling and a nightmare. The best/ easiest part was signing up with Paul Sanderson who has been great throughout but the fact that the salesman has helped more than anyone else at quickline says it all. Signed up, was told an appointment would be the following week as there weren't any available sooner. Waited weeks with no contact and chased customer services being passed around from pillar to post. Then eventually got told the service wasn't even available/ live in my area yet. I asked when and no timescale could be provided. So I said why have I been offered a contract and signed up. I was then told the sales team would look into it all. 2 weeks went by again and nothing. Had to make a complaint and this still hasnt been responded to. After 2 months I received an installation appointment and when it came to a day before the appointment, it was cancelled. No reason why or when a new appointment would be given. After paul helped chase, it turned out they needed a cherry picker because of the extension our house had (not sure why this hadn't been looked at and planned originally) Paul managed to reinstate the original booking however when the external team came they didn't even need a cherry picker! They advised they couldn't put the cable where we wanted as it had to be ground level but after discussing a compromise they advised the internal engineer would be able to put the cable inside how we wanted. Then the following day the internal engineer was meant to arrive. We had no text/ email/ phone call confirming this or a timeslot and the engineer sent a text on the day saying he was on his way and came 5 mins later and we missed it. We had to wait 3 further weeks and was told we should have received a text for the appointment the day before (clearly we didn't). Same thing happened 3 weeks later, no text/ email/ phone call confirming or letting us know a time. Had to chase again via paul and then when the engineer came out he couldn't put it where we had discussed and agreed with the external team. Im not sure why, as customers and people with no electrical wiring knowledge, we were being asked where we wanted cables and then being told no. Surely this should have been organised and decided by the professionals prior to install. So we were given 2 choices, be forced into having it go elsewhere or cancel the appointment and reschedule. Not good enough really. Absolutely appalling planning, zero customer service and completely stressful experience. Basic things can't even be got right. And might be minor but from a professional workmanship point of view both the electrical boxes installed by the internal engineer Harrison S weren't even mounted straight to the walls.

Quickline trust pilot response is, sorry but contact us! Customer service at it's finest, they can't even be bothered to get in touch to rectify the issues!

Mo explained everything when he came to do the install. He had a good look around to understand my needs and then quickly got on with the job. Neat and tidy work done. Spot on!

Broadband installation

Peter (installer) was very helpful when it came to the optimum positioning of the broadband router in the house and (more importantly for me) was superb at keeping the visibility of the external cable to a minimum.
A totally stress free experience.
