Just don't.......

Delivery next day ? within three weeks would be good.
After numerous phone calls and emails still no show, no replys and no answers. Customer service is to pass you from pillar to post. I now know better and so hopefully do you.

24hr timer

Ordered timer after a week rang up they said they had forgotten to send it so following week had to ring up then got told somebody would ring never did so rang up again they tried putting me through but no one picking up so said somebody would ring me guess what no one rang so rang back guess what haven't even got part only been two weeks how do you survive honesty is obviously not your company policy never will use you again it would of been quicker if got it from China

Avoid!

Non existent service. Ordered on-line, order was delayed, they didn't tell me.

My email asking about the delay was ignored.

My order arrived late and incomplete. They never bothered to tell me the main item - the light itself - had to be on a back order.

Emailed them again stating they should have told me the order was delayed and incomplete and at least ask me if this is acceptable. Guess what....no reply, email ignored.

Will never use this company again, they just take your money and then don't care

Do not order online

I ordered online. order was in a processed state for 5 days during which I email them directly and via the web page, guess what? No response at all. Telephoned them. Got put through to a branch who were supposed to be dealing with my order. They did not have it. They said that they would phone me back once they found it. Hours later no phone call received. My advice.. don't bother.

First and last time 'using' QVS - Appalling service

I've been using TLC for electrical supplies for years without a problem but was recently tempted to try QVS as the prices were marginally cheaper for the particular bits required.

However, once the order was placed - and the money taken from the card - nothing happened; no emails with delivery date, no communication at all.

So I telephoned them. Rude and unprofessional is a kind description. There is some kind of battle going on between 'sales' and 'branch' with results them in blaming each other and transferring my call repeatedly from one to the other.

Several wasted hours spent on hold with the final result - after four telephone 'sessions' of 'sorry, xxx is not in stock'. Non delivery has caused me a big problem but if I had been told at the outset that there was a problem, it could have been managed.

Never again - avoid at all costs!

Installed it myself... (a 72 y.o. woman)

Took 1 day to arrive. Read reviews carefully before purchase. Bought to replace a similar thst was over 20 years old. Used existing wiring of smaller plate. It is still firmly in place...after 1 week..bathroom even warmer now. A DIY job with no assistance. Very happy

Service.

Absolute disgusting service. No returned calls when promised.
Delivery mistakes etc and what should have taken one maybe two days,
It took ten days. Plus I have still got item that's not picked up yet.
Also I have not received any reduction in price because I ended up
Buying cheaper model than first delivered.

Never again will I deal with qvs

Will be taking business elsewhere

As you have shut your local branch we will have to take our business elsewhere. Not everything can be bought online as you need to see some things, and often as a contractor we need to buy things immediately.

Brilliant service online

I ordered the same items in a QVS store and I'm still waiting for these items to come into the store, I then ordered online with QVS and got the same items delivered the following day.
