We've been to numerous race day's, with our Racing TV membership..
If ever a company tries to please and make sure the day goes well your representatives do there upmost..
When you consider the overall cost of being a member and the benefits provided it's got to be No brainer for any Racing fan to join..
What I can't understand is why you receive negative reviews for a free day at the races..no doubt you'll be getting requests to refund betting losses soon.
Keep your good work going it is appreciated 👏

We had a great day out at Nottingham yesterday

Yet again, Charlotte made the day with her infectious enthusiasm and making sure that every person there is ok.Having got the good bit out of the way, I want you to pass this on to the hierarchy at Racing TV. To have a tipster competition for the VIP days without a bookmaker cash prize is so cheapskape. Even if the directors dipped their own hands in their pockets to front up 50 quid for the winner. Speak to the relevent people and get it sorted by the next VIP day at Newmarket at the end of the month

Racing TV promotes Betrino who it states is a trusted bookmaker partner.
I opened an account with Betrino.
I placed a e500 bet last autumn on Arsenal to win the premiership.
Betrino have refused to pay my winnings or even to return my stake of e500.
Betrino are a fradulent company.

Racing TV are promoting a fradulent company.
Betrino are TRAITORS to Racing TV, to their own customers and to their own staff and to the bookmaking industry in general.
I would ask for the assistance of Racing TV to have my bet properly settled.

Fantastic evening of top class horse racing....lovely setting...Sandown never looked better....easy to get around and good choice of food outlets...Will definitely give it 5 stars...Will be back soon for more !!

Been a member for 3 years and I really like the whole platform. In general it is professional, instructive and guides the viewer through the days racing and the racing to come. Most presenters, commentators pass muster but a couple leave a bit to be desired.

On a full subscription it is very poor value but you can sometimes get a discounted one thro The Jockey Club which is fair value

Racing tv offer a number of free club days at various racecourse. Yesterday we went along to Salisbury racecourse. Its a lovely venue, except for their prices! £4 for a small cup of coffee! You can get quite close to the horses and riders, views are lovely and the fellow racegoers were largely friendly and focused on the racing.

Racing TV is an essential for any horse racing enthusiast. Excellent horse racing coverage with tips and selections from some of the best presenters and pundits in the business. Experts from the horse racing world with analysis, very informative and enjoayable. You then get replays, magazine shows, an excellent app, and not forgetting the Racing TV Club Days providing free tickets for you and a friend to go racing.

Excellent racing coverage, great programmes, great website - brilliant !

I love the coverage of Irish Racing. Kevin, Gary & Jane are all top notch. Luck on Sunday is a favourite program of mine depending on the panel. I see Jane Mangan stood in for Nick Luck on Sunday last & did a great job. Well done to her as it must have been a challenge. I had an issue lately with picture quality & contacted Racing TV who said I should contact SKY. I did this & SKY ( eventually ) changed the dish & all is OK since. I was slightly disappointed in this as I'm paying Racing TV & thought that THEY should OWN the issue as a result. Maybe I expected too much here. Anyway.....all is good now. One other item is that SKY Racing shows the fences remaining as opposed to the time for the race in progress on Racing TV. I see no value in showing the time & would much prefer the fences remaining. Just a thought. Otherwise all is good. Keep up the good work.

Member for over ten years. Really enjoy the service. We joined as racehorse owners rather than for the betting, so focus on the live racing and the replays, including the archived replays. We have been to several club days but not to hospitality on those.
£30 per month is expensive for us, so have to consider whether we can continue but we do enjoy the racing coverage and the chat from the presenters.
Keep it up. You're doing great.

I find the channel informative and gives excellent coverage of much of UK Horse Racing.
I enjoy the Racing tv race days, and enjoy meeting fellow racegoers.

As a regular racegoer, the race days go a long way to paying the subscription alone

Professional approach for true racing followers. Prefer some presenters to others, then again, who doesn't? Main criticism is on busy days when all races are treated alike and they shouldn't be. Can't tolerate split screens and sometimes have to resort to ITV as a result.

I have been a loyal subscriber to Racing TV for 8 years and I have always had a very good experience with them and I would highly recommend their customer service which is always wonderful

I have always found Racing TV to be an excellent channel for racing enthusiasts. Also if ever I have had to contact them about the service I have always had a prompt response in a friendly and helpful manner. If I have any gripe which is a minor one it is too much Irish racing for example you may miss all the pre race paddock chat and expert opinions on a big race at Newmarket because of a 3 mile chase taking place at Clonmel. Sorry Irish fans just my opinion. Nevertheless it is a great service thank you.

Good coverage of racing and always willing to reduce subscription cost for a long-term subscriber like me.

Excellent coverage of racing . The racing commentary and punditry is great . The racing tv club offering free race and vip days is fantastic, my wife and myself have had quite a few vip days and on one occasion we actually presented the winning owners and trainers along with the best turned out horse .
