My daughter purchased her first car from Raenort a couple of weeks ago and we could not be happier with the service Raenort have provided. They have gone above and beyond and helped us no end. I would highly recommend them, polite and personable staff. You cannot go wrong! 5 stars all round.

Would sum up my experience with Rae Nort as going above and beyond. We were served by Fred and Dan and both were equally friendly, professional and willing to help with all queries. The car was as described in the online advert. We noticed a few minor issues which Fred ensured were rectified for us on collection, beyond our expectations (headlights needing polishing and aircon needing a re-gas). They also redid the MOT and agreed to fix anything before collection if required, as well as putting some petrol in for us which was a lovely touch. Overall, very happy with the car and service provided. Would recommend this company to all.

Purchased a car from Raenort Consultancy Ltd in October 2025 for £2,000. The vehicle came with a one-month warranty and a logbook. Within a few months, the clutch failed completely, leaving the car stuck in neutral and undriveable.
Warranty did not provide meaningful support, and the vehicle failed far sooner than expected. Not recommended.

I bought a car in November 2024. I changed my mind about it three months later and they gave me an amazing deal on an exchange that made the original deal. Even better. Where do I begin , after weeks of emailing and contacting I’ve had no response to communicate on the atrosity of a car they have sold me not even 6 months ago . I’ll list the problems below :
- upon getting the car detailed because of how dirty it was , they had informed me there are multiple traces of human BLOOD on the interior
- the gear stick is falling off
- The window passenger doesn’t go down
- The boot doesn’t open
- The seatbelt has stopped pulling so not drivable
- The air con on driver side is broken
There are a lot more problems with the car but excused so has not been listed , the amount of problems since purchase is disgusting and is even worse that I’ve been completely ignored. The ethics and morals of this dealership should seriously be questioned, weeks after purchasing a car and finding blood is not okay .

Save yourself the money and the hassle and run from this dealership , no matter the bargain or persuasion!

Absolutely vile company to deal with.

Avoid them like the plague. Brought a car from them Sunday, assured it had been checked over by a mechanic and was mechanically sound. Broke down 2 days later and AA unable to fix, towed to a garage. Called Rae Nort and was fobbed off the first day and then told the best they would do is fix the car and split the repair bill with me. When I reminded them of their legal obligations within the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I was met with hostility and refusal to give a refund or repair the car (my legal rights). They will throw things like "sold as seen" at you, despite false advertising and claims about the vehicle.
The Director hang up on me and I am now unable to reach them. I have opened a complaint with Trading Standards and will be seeking to recover my losses in Court.

A little digging around and this seems to be a very shady operation. Contact details are very difficult to find, not even listed on their website and in reality the business is being run from a mobile phone. They have tried to strike the business off with Companies House several times, but this has been blocked. No listing on Google despite claiming to be a very established business for many years.
