Bilguun in westfield RAFT outlet was super helpful in showing all different sofas and customisations. We bought our sofa from there and very happy with it.

We went to the Westfield store and purchased a dining chair with seat pad. The service to us by Fabiane was excellent from start to finish.
My only gripe is that It did take slightly longer to be delivered to us then we expected, but the quality of the product is superb so it was worth the wait.

Premium table from RAFT Westfield. Delivery takes a few weeks. Received in timely fashion. Table is solid and sturdy, the way we wanted. Good service.

I was very happy with my sofa order however they are terrible to follow up their online orders, it is end of May and I am still waiting to receive an order which I did online. I called multiple times and here are the excuses that I heard since November:

Delay in manufacturing due to many orders
Israel - Lebanon War (not kidding)
The Iran war and closure of Hormuz (not kidding)
lastly I called on Monday to ask where my order is and they said oh wow it has been almost a year since you made your order; don't worry the production team will be in touch with you tomorrow at the latest to let you know about the delivery date and guess what? no one called. NEVER EVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM.

If you are going to buy from here - and to be fair they have some nice stuff - make sure you use a credit card, get a very clear description of what you are buying, and clarify exactly which company you are buying from - it probably isn’t the same company as the showroom. The staff in the showroom are friendly and knowledgeable but Raft delivered sofas that were completely the wrong colour then claimed they couldn’t refund as they had gone into administration. It took almost a year, a credit card chargeback and the threat of a Section 75 claim to get things resolved.

If you’re reading this you’ve probably found something you want to buy. Don’t let me put you off - just be prepared for a fight if it goes wrong, and protect yourself via a credit card for the inevitable lack of action. Good luck!

I ordered a teak Katini chair from the Richmond store and had the pleasure of being looked after by Amin who not only advised me but was honest enough to explain the long 6-month delivery time ...I am so very glad I waited as the chair is perfect, made in Indonesia so long wait but well worth it.
I thoroughly recommend this business, excellent!
