Outstanding Service and Honest Diagnosis

I called out Rapid Fuel Rescue after breaking down on the motorway when the RAC advised me that I had water contamination in my fuel.

Adam arrived within 20 minutes and immediately got to work, draining and flushing the tank. However, after carefully assessing the vehicle after starting the engine, he quickly realised that the RAC had misdiagnosed the fault. Rather than water in the fuel, the actual problem was a loose injector bracket.

What impressed me most was Adam’s professionalism, honesty and determination to find the real cause of the issue. He took the time to investigate properly and identify the underlying fault. His knowledge of modern diesel engines was evident throughout, and he explained everything clearly.

Being stranded on the motorway while towing my trailer was a stressful experience, but Adam’s methodical approach enabled him to spot the actual problem.

I would highly recommend Rapid Fuel Rescue to anyone facing fuel-related problem breakdowns. Excellent service, excellent communication, and, most importantly, genuine integrity. A five-star experience from start to finish.

I was amazed with the efficiency of the service from start to finish. I was in Weymouth and within an hour and 50 minutes somebody was on my drive and fixing the problem. They were knowledgeable courteous very efficient as I’ve already said I would definitely recommend anybody who’s been foolish enough to put the wrong Fuel in their car to give these guys a call that’s superb.
