Parcel left outside my block of flats in plain view when returned home it was not there contacted them but they said I should of arranged a different date or time or a safe place ( there was a safe place which was inside the main door which you can access ) basically told it was my fault so spent £150 on a pram that never got received a no solution to correct this .

I bought the pram for my daughter who lives in Portugal for when they visit. I haven’t actually used it yet as we are still awaiting the arrival of the baby. The pram is in excellent condition and arrived promptly and very well packaged. I am looking forward to using it. I think it’s an excellent idea to reconfirm baby items for such a good cause.

I got a beautiful stroller from them delivery was fast and the price for a Maclaren stroller was amazing . My daughter in law is so happy with it .

My first experience with Rascal Babies was great — I absolutely loved the pram we bought for only £200! It arrived in excellent condition and felt like amazing value for money.

The second time, we ordered a travel cot/playpan, which unfortunately wasn’t in great shape. From the first impression it looked heavily used, it was quite difficult to set up, and the nappy changing top arrived broken (I’ll try to fix it myself). The delivery also took longer because they forgot about our order, though they did apologise. Since it was only £23, I didn’t feel it was worth making a complaint.

As a not-rich parent who really dislikes waste and supports upcycling, I truly appreciate the whole concept behind Rascal Babies. I love that they give baby items a second life.

My third purchase was a Little Traveller S2, an older model for £30. In comparison with the price of the cot, it felt a bit expensive, and I was confused by the listing video, which showed the newer model. That said, the seat for hikes looks good so far.

Overall, I still really like what Rascal Babies stand for. The quality and clarity of listings could be more consistent, but I would still recommend them to my friends who are expecting.

Totally unacceptable response from customer service when I contacted them about a broken pram handle when I unfolded the silver cross pram from the boot today to take 25 months old daughter for a walk, and she's only two stone. This item was obviously very old and not designed to last. We have not even had it two weeks. They blamed us and are not refunding. Don't waste your money on this poorly run second hand store

Any decent shop would have seen how long we had had the item and seen that it was due to its age. You can do all checks, but until it's being used, folded down, folded back up again and again, you cannot judge how old and used an item is. Would never buy from them again.

Great item and I’m more than happy to do my bit to help Parkinson’s U.K. obviously the item is used and I’m ok with that as I’m the kind of person that doesn’t like to see things thrown away when they are perfectly re usable , so doing a bit for the planet too. Would have given 5 stars only I felt the postage was a bit on the pricy side. But overall I’m happy with the purchase.

Mouldy pram was delivered to me, after complaining she put all the blame on me saying I put the pram in damp condition, where as the pram was in my TV lounge. Then she tried to play (return within 14 days) card on me where I logged a complaint within 14 days and she didn't reply to any of my emails until it is over her return policy which was 14 days when I whatsapp her.

She refused to refund completely and said I should wash the pram with non-bio and vinegar!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!! I'm not going to put my newborn into this mouldy pram!! She even told me that I've to pay 20% for cleaning as somehow it was my fault that the pram she delivered to me was covered in mould!.

I'm at £40 loss because I had to pay for shipping both side! And now she is going to clean it and send it to someone else to scam them in the name of charity.

Communication from this company is appalling!! They don't respond to emails or answer the phone. Only way of communicating with them is via Whatsapp, but even then they barely respond to any messages. I ordered a pram from here for my newborn baby, it arrived 3weeks later with no communication in-between regarding the delays. Once it arrived I could see the plastic holding the wheel to the frame was cracked. Upon closer observation I could see someone had attempted to glue this crack together. I whatsapped Becky who claimed her team would never try to repair an important pressure point with glue. She offered for me to send it back for them to repair and then return back to me. I couldn't afford another 3+weeks of them repairing the pram and extremely limited communication from them. Reluctantly Becky accepted a return. Once returned Becky returned a partial refund but refused to return courier costs. I was hugely disappointed by then as not only did they take ages to deliver my pram, despite it being broken and clearly attempted to repair it badly with glue, they still refused to give a full refund. I did state the Sales of Goods Act and Consumer Rights act, but Becky still refused a full refund because she claims they don't apply to second hand goods 😕

A great purchase and a great charity to support.
Baby car seat arrived in virtually new condition a very pleased daughter and a fraction of the retail price.
Would definitely recommend to others and will use again

The pram was only superficially cleaned, if not only sprayed with some type of refresher. There was mold underneath the fabric and the foot rest was cracked. The handle smelled bad. I do not believe they inspect their items at all and I would never order from them again. I did receive my refund but it was still a waste of money paying for postage and then the return. With an item of such an unacceptable condition I believe all of my expenses should have been refunded. I can't believe they even sent it in such a state.

We ordered an iCandy Lime pushchair and it has arrived in such a lovely condition considering it's second hand / refurbished. The material is spotless, all exceptionally clean and looks new!! The frame is also immaculately clean with only a few minor little marks or scrapes which is to be expected. The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because I didn't like having to wait 7-10 working days for it but we have it now and it's fantastic. Thankyou Rascal Babies.

All the items are in fantastic condition.
I had a quick response to my email/txt informing me that rascal babies had received a lot of orders and were running a little behind due to Easter break .
Definitely recommend and use again .

Really impressed with the egg pram we purchased. It’s great condition all around and can tell it’s be serviced and cleaned to a very high standard.

I was so impressed by the pram/stroller by bugaboo in near perfect condition. It arrived looking almost new and smelt fresh. The car seat also was excellent and baby bath too. Well done for offering this as it is a great way to recycle and use excellent products for those on a budget.

Pushchair and bassinet was packaged very well. It was in excellent ,clean condition and a good priceI. Very pleased with it.

I ordered a travel system from Rascal babies last year. I read the reviews for the pram before I bought it but not for Rascal babies and when I did I was worried there might be an issue or it might not arrive. However I wanted to write a review to say it arrived on time and the whole system, car seat, carrycot and buggy has been brilliant. It was nice and clean and apart from a bit of wear on the wheels you would not know it had been used before.
They say it will take a couple of weeks to arrive and they send a confirmation of purchase email & then an email came from the delivery service to say it would be delivered. They didn't send anything in between to say it was being prepared or sent which would have been reassuring but it did arrive exactly as they said it would.

Pram we ordered arrived in excellent condition, it did not look used. No communication after order confirmation for 10 working days, then notification about delivery. Delivery excellent, pram very well packaged. Excellent value for money.

Absolutely delighted at the delivery and quality of the venicci 2 In 1 pram.
The pram is like new, with rain cover.
All missing is the pram basket.
I will definitely buy more from RB .
