We ordered the cosatto wow 2 - 3 in 1 . We was given this website from a friend . If your in a rush and unable to wait then possibly not the place to buy from . But as far as we are concerned was well worth the wait . Everything looked and smelt very fresh, a few scuffs here and there as tobe expected . But over all everything works and is very clean to look at and smell and very good value for money . Will definitely use again in the future 😀 .. keep up the good work and well done all involved with this service !

I read a lot of reviews some were negative. In my opinion and my experience it was nothing but positive. Yes, at times response from seller was patchy but that is not surprising when you consider that it is pretty much one or two people that are probably running everything. It’s also a very worthy cause as they support a charity. It is very much worth the money it costs, but, be patient and maybe before purchasing specify their timeframes at that particular time as I can imagine that may change frequently depending on workloads. Everything is cleaned and refurbished when someone buys the item. Mine smelt very fresh, no strong odour but definitely fresh smelling. If you want something that is dispatched quicker then go pay rrp prices. If you are not in any rush and prepared to wait while they clean and freshen up fabric and clean everything then I’d definitely use rascal babies!

Ordered an item on 20th July and followed this up with a message to their WhatsApp number. I stressed the urgency of needing the item by 9th August (3 weeks so loads in advance of their 10 working days that they advertise) due to a family trip to Disney and simply wanted to know if it would be delivered in time (I ordered 5 days before their advertised summer holiday leave of 25th July so at least expected a response from them and couldn’t see any reason this item could not be shipped before then). I sent further messages on 20th and 22nd which were read on 20th and 24th July with absolutely no response! Do not shop here. I don’t even know whether I will get a refund at this point - no point messaging I’m sure I will be ignored again

After leaving this review I out of the blue did receive a message back from them via WhatsApp - to tell me “we are away!!!!” And to stop “harassing them as they are away on holiday” absolutely gobsmacked! Didn’t send a single message to their advertised work number after 22nd July until I replied to a WhatsApp that they sent me at 10.45pm tonight after they obviously seen this review. Utterly bizarre behaviour. Give “small family businesses” a bad name

Further rude and harassing emails today. Very odd how communicative this company now is when I was ignored for weeks when all I wanted was to know if my order would arrive before a family holiday to Disney (have also been sarcastically told “I hope I enjoy my holiday as I have ruined theirs” ) They are also refusing to process a refund until Saturday (even though payment was on 20th July and email states the business is back open today). I’m not holding my breath with how unprofessionally this company has been so far and gone to my bank to claim this back. Luckily I had the money to buy elsewhere without needing this money back.

You risk a very very odd encounter and several rude messages with this “company” I’ve never ever encountered anything quite like it. She keeps telling me how I am “vile” and to leave her alone (after she was messaging me in the middle of the night last night!). I left an honest review and asked for a refund - don’t see how being called vile is acceptable??

Also - this is NOT a charity and proceeds do NOT go to Parkinson’s, this lady is conning people into thinking they are donating their much loved prams for free to a charity and for a good cause. I’d suggest give to an actual charity instead or charity shop. There are no details of what if any proceeds are used towards any “fundraising” really don’t think it is legal how it is being advertised and people are being misled and conned out of their items and money

I had lots of queries re which pram to buy as my car boot is quite small. The responses I received were timely (never got an answer on a Monday) well informed and helpful. Once I’d made my choice and purchased the pram things went quiet for about 10 working days and then I received an email telling me tracking details and my pram was ready to be dispatched. Delivery was not as anticipated as the courier did not collect the orders for a number of days but when it did arrive I was absolutely delighted. The chassis was clean and had some small dents but nothing that affects the use of the pram and the body of the pram was perfect. Immaculate, smelt clean and in first class condition. Thank you so much I will be recommending you to friends.

I ordered a city mini baby jogger for my large 3 year old and it was more than I could have expected! The pram arrived in near perfect condition, smelt lovely and the wheels looked like they'd never been used! The carrycot included was also immaculate and all adapters were included. Delivered within the timescale advertised and even better that funds are raised for a fantastic charity. Brilliant experience all round and I'd highly recommend, thank you!

I work as a registered to ensure that the children are safe and the equipment I use is of good quality, while also keeping to a budget. If I wouldn’t use it for or on our own precious grandson, I won’t use it with my clients children either which is where I often spend more than I can affford! I needed to replace two of my existing buggies, but needed to budget wisely. I chose two Joie buggies, that on arrival looked just like new! Rascal Babies even included a rain cover with each buggy that wasn’t listed as part of the price! From order to delivery was 7 days which included a bank holiday. I would definitely recommend Rascal Babies for anyone on a budget, or who want to limit their environmental impact while also supporting a charity. I throughly recommend Rascal Babies & will definitely purchase from Rascal Babies again if I need replacements for any of my equipment.

Avoid! Very poor customer service- stroller not arrived. Promised full refund but only received partial refund. Will not use again or recommend
Update - within hours of this post had offer for full refund if I removed feedback. I felt it important to leave as others may benefit from this information. The bit they kept states will hopefully go to the Parkinson charity.

Ordered from rascal babies just over a week ago. I went for the Ocarro Mamas and Papas pushchair in navy blue. Had a message to advise unfortunately the pushchair we ordered had some damage to it and would I accept an alternative colour. The colour offered (a greyish brown colour) was far nicer than the one I had picked so I said absolutely!!

Pushchair arrived in amazing condition, smelt lovely - and to my surprise had the accessories with it that wouldn’t have come with my original order so I was over the moon!! My original order was just the pushchair and carrycot, but this order came with those items, a bag, a cup holder, umbrella and rain cover!!!😍

Cannot recommend them enough, they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy ❤️

When I found the Rascal Babies website, I was really excited, but reading the reviews here made me very skeptical. We thought we’d give it a go anyway and though if the pram we buy arrives with issues, we’ll send it back. Our Uppababy Vista was delivered within the timeframes, clean and smelling beautifully (it had clearly been washed very well), and with additional items we didn’t know were going to be included (multiple rain and mosquito covers, footmuff, car seat adaptors). When doing our checks, we noticed two things we were not sure about and sent a WhatsApp message to the Rascal Babies customer service; they came back within hours clarifying all our doubts. We can’t be happier with our purchase!!

When I found the Rascal Babies website I thought it seemed a great idea. Reusing buggies to raise money for charity; it's good for the environment, good for the charity, and saves money at the same time...

I bought an Ocarro Pram & Pushchair. First it took 20 days for the buggy to be dispatched. I contacted Rebecca after about a week to see what was happening; she was very friendly, said there was a delay as they had been very busy and that I could have a refund if I wanted. Instead I opted to wait.

I wasn't expecting the buggy to be in perfect condition and was more than prepared for some wear and tear. When I opened the parcel there was some dirt on the frame - meh, I thought, maybe they missed a bit. However, one of the clips on the handle didn't work so it slid in and out on one side, the brake only operated on one wheel, instead of both rear ones as it should and when I went to push it I found the two front wheels flopped from side to side - they clearly didn't have and bearings in any more (there are utube videos showing this problem and how to fix it). The thing was simply not safe to use and in no way lived up to the websites promise of 'refurbished to an extremely high standard'. I was so dissapointed I didn't even open the package with the bassinet.

I contacted Rebecca again and to her credit she offered to take it back but said the damage must have occured in the post. When I pointed out that it would be very hard to wear out bearings in the post she claimed that they must have shattered after being mishandled. It would take tonnes of force to shatter bearings, yet there had been no damage to the packaging - spooky...

She did organise for the buggy to be picked up, which was great. However, three weeks after the buggy had been picked up there was no refund and my emails had been ignored. In the end I was forced to write a letter before action threatening to take her to small claims, after which I recieved a full refund but no email or apology for the delay.

In summary the whole thing was a massive waste of my time and energy at a time when I had much more important things to be dealing with. Maybe my experience was a one off but I wouldn't risk dealing with her again.

Also, I tried looking up both rascal babies and Rebecca on the register of charities and found nothing. It's possible they are not registered if they make less than £5000 per year but there is worrying little transparancy about how much of the money actually goes to Parkinsons UK. The website makes it seem like all of it but my experiences have made me somewhat skeptical about the charity aspect of the operation.

PS For those others who have reported being charged 'restocking fees', you should know that these can only be charged if the value of the goods has been reduced by excessive handling (you are allowed to remove packaging to inspect the goods). In this case it's hard to see how any one could significantly reduce the value of a used buggy by handling it! And no, it doesn't matter what it says in the terms and conditions, the law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) always takes precidence.

I had the worst experience I bought a baby travel system it was broken I sent it to them to fix it and they have told me that I did it and would not return back my money

Item not as advertised.The picture was (supposedly) of a pink and purple Bebecar lp-Op Travel System Prive Glamour - Rascal Babies,feel free to google it (Images) it's there for all too see.What she sent me was a lp-Op Evolution special edition ( 2010 model ) that is .....wait for it... Brown and cream/light mustard! Imagine my joy what a sight to behold...not!!.No where in the discription did it mention being brown and cream,I certainly would not have purchased it in that colour. It is most certainly not a Prive Glamour.The picture used was not in fact a Prive Glamour either but a Ip Op Evolution off a Russian site!.
I was sceptical about ordering but there are on here and google good reviews so crossed my fingers and ordered.
The pram is that ancient Methuselah could have been pushed around in it.
Was it clean.. yes,that's about the only good thing to say about it.The cover for the pram was not included ( didn't mention that either on the discription!)Part of it's still not arrived,namely the seat for the puschair and the car seat after 14 working days so don't expect your's to come in the allotted 7/10 working days delivery as stated on the website.
Will I send it back no,by the time she takes her laughable 20% restocking fee ( restocking back in the garage as the premises address is a housing estate and ofc putting it back up on the website and face book which all told could take at a snails pace 15 mins) and pay another £20 postage I'll be out of pocket nrly £70 basically half of what I paid.
If it seems to good to be true then it most definitely is in this case.

I will also say that in no way was I expecting it to be in such good condition as the picture I knew it was second hand,what I did expect was it to be all there ,in a good condition and the colour it was advertised at.
I also think she purposely tries to con people by putting pictures off the internet and not of the actual item.I would imagine she has scammed many people with this as most like me won't send it back because of the money they will loose,she is taking advantage of people who do not have alot of money hence the prices and people who cannot afford to loose money.

Worst than I first thought! although very dissapointed with the colour and condition it was only to throw in the car with the grand daughter when we take the dogs for a walk,so was just prepared to suck it up and get on with it.
The car seat and pushchair seat did arrive,the foot rest missing from the bottom of pushchair,leatherett cover ingrained with dirt.
When we had everything tried to put it together,the chassis went up but everything is seized up and would only go back down with brute force.Foot brake needs the legs muscles of a sumo wrestler to get on and off also seized up.The release button for the carry cot is hit and miss to work.Whoever does the servicing needs a" how too for dummies" book to help them.
It's only fit for the rubbish,I won't be sending it back for her to resell to someone else I would be worried someones baby or young child could be hurt.
It's mind blowing someone can actually sell somthing like this for people to put their most treasured baby in.
Also reading someone else review after mine seems part of the scam is to send out faulty goods then when you send it back blame you and refuse to refund,very clever then she can just carry on reselling faulty items get them returned and refuse refund absolute money maker!

So happy with my purchase of a Cosatto 2 in 1 pram. It's a refurbished item, but aside from a few scratches on the frame, it is spotless. The covers have been washed and smell beautiful. My grandaughter has already been in it and loves it!!

I am absolutely over the moon with my purchase from Rascal Babies. It it honestly beautiful. The order process was simple and delivery was so quick. The whole experience has been amazing, and the condition of our pram is just unreal for the price.

I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
