I have been loyal customer to Rasmus Auction I believe since they got into the Auction business until last time throw me under the bus. I bid and won about $700+ worth of furniture. One of the item was environmentally damaged, which is hard to see it on the posted pictures unless mentioned on the item description. I figured it out on the site that the item is falling apart when I tried to pick it up.
I talked to what they call it site project manager to have this item be refunded since it did not mentioned on the description that the item has severe environmental damage, falling apart and not able to pick it up. Manager refused with bad attitude, and said "everything mentioned on the pictures". I said, pictures do Not tell me everything, suppose to be mentioned on the description as well as it says on #8 Rasmus Terms & Condition.
I did not pick up the item. Next day, I contacted Rasmus office with no luck, texting back & forth.
I gave up the refund and asked them to get the item back, they said, "You abandoned the item and we cannot find it. Now, my hard worked money never refunded, and the item is gone.
Finally, CEO contacted me texted me threatening saying "CONTINUED DISPUTES REGARDING THIS TRANSACTION MAY RESULT IN SUSPENSION OF BIDDING PRIVILEGES". I said, in fact I am going to suspend myself from Rasmus before you do. I will go head and report this to my area Attorney general, BBB & civil court and of course keep posting reviews all social media until I get my money back.

Unlike many unreputable companies out there you truly showed that customer service is important.
Back Story:
The description on the previous auction listed 2 metal shelves on casters. Only one of them had caster wheels. Tried to get the issue remediated and was advised that the picture was not as described therefore my fault for not checking better. Not sure I'll be using this site again.
