Gang of liers plz do not buy conman at work 50cc motorbike went 10 ft and stopped no fuel going in to it robbing of hardworking people do not buy spend the extra I hope the owner dies of aids because he has ruined my son's Christmas don't know how they sleep at night

I'm going tonrepeat what so many others have said, this company is shocking. Got a 50cc dirt bike for my son for Christmas. The bike came quickly, but the instructions were nothing short of pointless. You'd have thought there were clear instructions for assembling a kids bike but nothing. The front wheel needed attaching and the suspension wasn't connected. I'm not a mechanic and it took me ages. I contacted the company about the suspension and they said it needing connecting, surely that should have been in the instructions. In the end I had to get a friend to help me. So got it together and working and on Christmas day my 8 year old loved it. He rode it in the garden for about 15 minutes, had a break. When we went to start it again, the pull cord was stuck. I had to swap it with the spare. He then rode it in our courtyard and after about 20 minutes it cut out. We got it started again but after that it kept cutting out. On Boxing Day we took it to a friends farm and it was cutting out again. My son was heartbroken. I contacted RC-Hobbies and they sent me an email with 6 things to check including for an oil leak, the carburettor and spark plug. Nothing got the bike running. I ended up getting my uncle-in-law to have a look. He had to take it to pieces. There are 2 fuel switches on the bike and it seemed like the bottom one wasn't letting any fuel into the carburettor. He had to make the hole for the fuel bigger. Then when he got it running, the engine seized up, so had to take it apart again. Then the throttle got stuck open and he had to fix that. If we didn't have him, I don't know what we'd have done. When I contacted RC back to let them know their tips hadn't worked, I'd had to get someone to fix it, and he wasn't impressed with the bike, their response was 'thanks for the update we're glad it's working'. No apology or reference to the issues we've had. I'm disappointed that I didn't see the reviews on here before buying the bike. Please don't make the same mistake. Spend a bit more and get a bike from somewhere else. The company have responded to my emails, but the quality of product they've sold is shocking, and they don't seem bothered now that they have their money. Quite scary considering these bikes are for young kids. I'm not a horrible person, this is actually an honest review.

Ordered a 50cc mini dirt bike for my sons birthday, came the next day in perfect condition we assembled it and took it straight out, Couldn't be happier. Ordered the wrong size trousers emailed customer service they were so helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
I bought a 125cc quad of this company for Christmas present. From day 1 there was problems with it. Chain continues to come off every time used due to engine mount being worn despite being brand new!! Damaged the engine casing etc. The frame broke and the welding coming apart and every nut and bolt comes loose daily. When contacting this company to find a solution there has been no correspondence over a number of weeks. Stay clear of this company!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Mini 50cc received faulty and all they want to do is send it replacement parts. How do they know what to send but who do they expect to fit them? This was after firstly ignoring me and then saying I had broken their T&Cs by putting fuel in it.

Do nothing buy from these!!! Bought a 50cc bike for Xmas for my boys off ‘Santa’... well Xmas ruined. They are closed all of Xmas because they know people will be phoning with problems!!! It was sent in awful condition!! Tried getting refund snd sent back the bike and nothing.. no answer to calls, emails crap communication. Raised dispute with PayPal and await their response

Same as most reviews. Ordered 50cc dirt bike for kids Xmas and from day 1 it never worked . Complete ignored my emails and calls till I recently opened a paypal dispute then instantly contacted me saying they’ll only send new parts out ( how do they even know what parts to send without knowing the problem ) if I close the dispute. So dispute will remain open til I get refund and I will have nothing to do with them ever again

DO NOT BUY FROM RC HOBBIES,I BOUGHT A CONDOR 125 QUAD,AFTER ONLY 2 SHORT RIDES THE HEAD GASKET HAS GONE. IVE EMAILED AND SPOKE TO THEM WITH A PROMISE THE OWNER WOULD RING.IVE CHASED THEM AND GIVEN THEM EVERY CHANCE TO SORT THE ISSUE OUT TO NO AVAIL. I WILL NOW PASS THE DETAILS TO TRADING STANDARDS, DO NOT PART WITH ANY MONEY TO RC HOBBIES ,THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST,I FEEL COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF BY RC HOBBIES!!!

Absolutely am so pleased with the landrover defender my 3 year old grandson loves it. From the moment we ordered it to the lovely delivery driver. Big thankyou to rc hobbies and there team. First class

Unfortunately I had to return an item as it was the wrong colour, i was kept updated with prompt emails and given a full refund.
Cannot fault the customer service.

stay away from this company!!!!!!! These people are con artists. Not to be believed in anything they say,. They lie through there teeth. Your purchase will never turn up.

Order 2 higher mini motocross bikes for my kids Xmas got them built gave them to kids on Xmas day! Took them out yesterday filled with fuel and one of them started and drove itself wouldn't turn off with key or kill switch and now seized never even got on it and the other one he got a couple laps of a field and exact same conked out and engine is knackered aswell! Still to find out what happening as they are closed

Absolutely awful company can’t say more how terrible they really are.
I ordered a ride on car for my sons Christmas, the car arrived really badly damaged 2weeks before Christmas. I contacted the company straight away to ask for a replacement. They told me they had no stock and my only option was to return the item or get a £50 discount.
The service was awful, their communication is shocking.
I should also add that I preordered this and it took well over a month to arrive in the first place. Can’t express enough just how unprofessional and unhelpful this company have been. Truly awful.

Rip off scam company. Ordered beginning of October same as the rest of the reviews they take your money and that's the last you hear. Email after Email ignored same with phone. If you do get through you get a bunch of lies my grandkids Christmas almost ruined by these clowns.
I have reported to trading standards and if you have had problems with them please report aswell to get them shut down !! . I hope no one else loses hrs trying to get there money back . Lucky for me I found 2 quads on ebay that arrived 48hrs after I bought them so my grandkids will have something to go with all the safety gear now no thanks to this company . They also trade as bikes4fun .

I never write reviews but I had to! Never use this company! DO NOT! They are an absolute scam. Had my money for over a month, promised delivery of early December for a Christmas present. Apparently the courier lost it. Lies lies lies. The tracking was fake. So late now but I’ve had to buy another elsewhere so I’m out of pocket by hundreds. Absolute scammers. Don’t know how they sleep at night.

Well I won't ever use or recommend this outfit ordered a nitro rc car for my son with starter kit.... Nitro fuel & after use oil thought great price with 48hr delivery just over 200 pounds brilliant paid up created an account to keep track of things all looked good but that was as good as it gets.
3days in no order check my account still processing mmmmm email went in then got invoice with tracking number noticed only 2 items on the invoice worth £20... Email went in no response so after 10 days of no communication back to me I decided to get onto PayPal and get refunded which luckily I have 👏
Long story short do not use they take your money and run thank god I always use PayPal on shops sites like this or I'd have been well out of pocket but sadly for my lad can't get one of these cars now till mid Jan(proper retailer) unless you want to pay around 4-500 pounds so thanks for ruined Christmas rc hobbies!

I ordered 2 x mini dirt bikes, 2 x MX safety helmets, 2 x MX safety goggles & 2 x pairs MX gloves on 8th November in time for Xmas. These are for my Grand Children. I was well aware delivery of the motorcycles was to be early December. One motorcycle only was delivered in the first week of December. There was no communication or paperwork to indicate items to follow. I left it several days and then emailed RC Hobbies. A day later I received a reply with some copy/paste delivery details and a tracking number. The tracking number did not work. I attempted to call on their landline & mobile number to no avail. I messaged them again without response.
The second machine arrived a week later but without any of the safety wear totalling £123.12.
My order, viewed on their website, as I had opened an account on placing the order initially, indicated the order was complete.
I emailed RC Hobbies on both of their email addresses & telephoned on both of their numbers, several times without response.
Baring in mind my Grand Children cannot use their motorcycles at Xmas without the safety wear, I was not happy.
Eventually I opened a case with PayPal and next-day I received an email response from 'Sharlee' saying my items will be delivered within 48 hours.
I was close to placing a repeat order with a local alternative supplier 'Funbikes', as I purchased a 125cc pit bike from them recently, as I wished to avoid my Grand Kids disappointment, when to my surprise the items arrived.
I closed the Paypal case and informed RC Hobbies the items had arrived completing my order.
Would I have received them without going to this trouble? I am not convinced that I would have.
It is such a same that RC Hobbies practice this lack of communication. Their products are very keenly priced, but most folk would happily pay more money, even in these uncertain times, to avoid this sort of hassle and wasting of ones time. I also believe most folk are happy, even if a delivery is late, if they are kept informed.
Would I use RC Hobbies again when my Grand Kids progress to larger machines? I doubt it, I will pay a little more at the local supplier.

Order a quad in October for delivery November did not come. Got call saying would be here 1st week of December. After being damaged in transit and the delivery company returning to them they said they would check and if all ok get me it back in a 24hr delivery. Sent numerous emails and tried calling but customer service us appalling. Turned up today all broken. Phoned straight up to be told to email, which I did and still have had no response. Called back to be told a lot of lies and unable to speak to a manager. Can’t get me a replacement so advised I want it collected and a refund. Been waiting all day for someone to ring me regarding this. Company is a joke and only wish I had read reviews before I ordered from them
