I bought an OMP HOBBY T720 rc airplane and everything seemed fine. Then I tested it. It kept diving into the ground. I couldn't figure out why. I contacted the supplier who kindly gave me a few launching tips. I was worried about the alignment of the tailplane but an unpowered test glide seemed fine. However under power the same thing happened. I did manage a short flight but mostly the plane dived to earth causing slight damage. Feeling I had given the plane my very best effort I asked to return it. According to Mike because I had used it my guarantee was invalid. There is a design fault with this plane which I discovered after several crashes. I had hinted this earlier to Mike but he didn't realise it either. There is little room for the wiring when you fit the battery and replace the the nose cone and this has an impact on the aerolon servos which don't perform properly and cause flight problems.This could not have been discovered until a flight test. This plane could represent a safety hazard to the public and I don't advise buying this OMP T720. It's probably a good plane for an expert but I think not as a trainer or beginner first choice. Personally, I think it should be withdrawn from the market.. Best to buy from Ebay, then you should get an automatic refund. This supplier disappoints me. Geof.

We purchased a quad bike from these cowboys, what a massive mistake that was! We went out for a ride for the first time and after 20 minutes the motor started smoking and packed in! They have a contact number that no one ever answers. (How do i get my money back or resolve the issue with a replacement motor??) they do not respond to emails either!! We decided to go through paypal to get our money back, we won the case via paypal as rc hobbies did not respond to them either. once paypal gave us the money back rc hobbies then contacted us stating we had made a fraudulent claim via paypal.(now they wanted to speak to us)( we did not make a fraudulent claim) we waited for them to collect the quad but they didnt. they also sent us falseified debt letters pretending to be a debt company that they printed on their own headed paper. A few weeks later this sham of a company had put a county court claim in against us and left us with no choice but to pay back the money with additional court fees. Now im down £500+ and stuck with a faulty quadbike that my son can not use. Companys like this should not be able to operate! AVOID THIS COMPANY! SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSE WHERE!! DO NOT GIVE THESE COWBOYS YOUR MONEY!!

WE ARE NOW IN PROCESS OF SENDING THEM A COUNTY COURT CLAIM FOR SELLING US FAULTY GOODS!

Halo to everyone please don't waste your money and time with this company!!!!!!!!! No customer support quad bike broke down after few days and they don't want to replace or fixing don't answer the phone and not replying emails completely rubbish company they will just take your money and they will not contact you if your quad is broken!!!!!!!!!

Appalling service! Please don't give cash to these people. They have my money. I have no goods and have yet to respond to me. £129.95. They are a disgrace and should be shut down.

Sold me a faulty quad witch caught fire now refusing an exchange or refund, do not buy off this website.

Worst company I have bought from in my life , got my son a 50cc quad for his Xmas he has 1 hour playtime on it ,it's had a fuel tap problems so they sent me a new carb changed it worked but kept on cutting out , phoned them up when I managed to get someone the said it's something I was doing wrong but I am following everything step by step as per the guide book that comes with it , no I have had to seek mechanical help and they have told me that the pistons are all marked in the engine ,same again it was all my fault they said the fuel mix must have been done wrong 25.1 as per the guide book so 25.1 it got , also the said it was a 30 day warranty when it's clear on my receipt that its 12 month , I think I need 2 go down the PayPal route to get my money bk, company is a joke

AVOID at all costs. I only wish i had conducted a little more research before spending any money with this unprofessional and unhelpful company. Received a ride on car which should of been in new, pristine condition and instead it looked like something that had been played with for 5 years. Covered in scrapes and dents and the front of it was even cracked. All badges and stickers also peeled off with the plastic. Scam artists. Was charged £40 for postage alone and was insulted with a £20 refund as a gesture of good will. DISGUSTING!!! Ruined our nephews birthday.

UPDATE: PayPal closed the case in my favour and I received a full refund. So if anyone is having problems and you have paid via PayPal, I’d advise going down this route

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy anything off this company!!

I purchased a very expensive RC Car from them, just short of £190 - it lasted just a few hours use before the motor failed, destroying one of the plastic gears. No problem I thought, get in touch with the supplier and I am sure they will sort it out......WRONG!

They have phone numbers on the web site, it just takes you to a pre-recorded message that says it is unmonitored and not to leave a message.

They have a mobile number on their facebook page, again a pre-recorded message saying not to leave a voicemail.

You can't message them via facebook either as the messaging is turned off. As are the reviews (I wonder why!) and the ability to comment (hmmmm)

The only form of communication is via a ticketing system which they choose wether to reply to or not, and basically come up with a different excuse every day as to why they are not going to help. Basically said the blame lies with the operator and tough luck.

I have had to go through a lengthly process via paypal to get my rightful refund.

It's a shame I have to award 1 star, as it should be zero stars - it really is such a poor service.

I wish I had done more research prior to purchase - the website and facebook page looked good! Shame the staff at the company exercise a 'don't care' attitude and expect customers to lose £190 in a week.

The rightful thing would be to collect the faulty goods, repair/replace and ship back in a timely manner, but this didn't happen I am afraid.

Be aware it’s fraud company do not buy from these scammers once you bought a product from them they won’t sort out any problem after you bought. I m personally facing a problem with them our kids toy stopped working after two months and when we informed them they collected it back saying that they will fix it and send it back but it has passed six months and now there contact number is going on voice mail I have sent them many e mails but they are not responding at all …Now they not even sending my kids toy back worth £400 and not even refund … plz let me now how can I get refund many or item…😔😔😔😔

Very poor sold faulty mini moto 2 mth on and still not sorted customer service shocking try to fob you off grandson Christmas ruined! Let down by customer service will try anything not to sort it AVOID THIS SELLER plenty other good sellers by looks of it not only one shocking disappointment disbelief in there staff and lack of help

Lovely company they didnt have the parts i need so they recomended another company and the had it. The lady in customer services is very open, honest and helpful

They sold me a broken mini dirt bike then sent me a part and expected me to fit it and it's not fixed the bike now they won't even respond to me I'm in middle of a debit card dispute trying to get my money back that's my daughter Christmas ruined as it was a present for her worst company ever avoid at all cost they are nothing but con artist the company are fraudsters

I purchased a Mini Quad Bike SX49-E on line, the bike was delivered in good time, and that's the only positive I have about this company, there where parts missing and other engine issues, I contacted them via e-mail, Phone, on line chat, NO response at all !! I then told them I would contact PayPal and 2 hrs later received an e-mail from Sharlee, and that's it, nobody rang me no further e-mails, I've now put the matter in the hands of Paypal .... DONT BUY!!! and remember Bikes4fun are the same company ...

Please do yourselves a favour and don't use this company,

We order from this company and the item took 2 weeks to arrive, they kept saying it will be with us etc etc...
When the item came the box was damaged alot, holes everywhere,
I feel this is not even a proper company,

I ordered a bike from another website 8 days after ordering from these and got the item 3 days later and still before I ordered from here..

Customer service is basically some lady l, pretending she doing something..

Terrible experience, quad came broken and not recieved all of the parts needed to repair even tho i have been told i would recieve the parts. Dont listen to sharlee she doesnt do anything about it and no reply to emails.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CON MERCHANTS !!

this company is a joke... they offer standard deelivery 3-5 days , than fast delivery 48h , and than is Super Express delivery , dont choose this delivery thay still will send when they have time , I have problem now to get my refund , sh.it , tottaly sh.it company
