Scumbags!!! Sell poor quality products that do not work. Do not buy Anything from this site. I bought a dirt bike for my daughters Xmas. Broke down after half an hour. I emailed them as they do not answer the phone n they said that because its been used they can't refund the money. I took the bike to a mechanic n they said the idling screw was missing. I emailed them for the part n they sent me a carburettor that was for a different BIKE. these W****** know fine well that their stock is s*** yet they sell it anyway l. Breaking kids hearts. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

DO NOT BUY THE 125 CC QUAD!!!!! I bought this for my 8yr old son for xmas. So excited when he seen it as it was a santa present. Stopped after 10mins use! Had to replace a cable, then the wheels were coming off and then the steerin wheel arm came off. I demanded a refund but they said once its used a cant get a refund... they would replace any screws and bolts but the quad was much more dangerous. The brakes have now ceased whilst my son was driving it... never seen a worse product in all my life!!! So so dangerous. Its now lying up and we feel its unfit for use!! What a waste of £704 inc delivery!!!! Never again wil i buy from this company

I bought my son a dirt bike for Christmas after 10 minutes of him riding this it’s broke it turns out the piston had snapped so I couldn’t Pull start the bike I did contact the company and his reply was not a lot of people know you have to use oil so I said are you referring to two-stroke yes I did!! he said he was going to send me an email to take the engine off and send back to him to see if it was broken or not but I would have to pay for it to get sent to them I didn’t receive that email after calling them so many times I give up . The customer service wasn’t very good and in the end I had to get a new engine which cost me 50 pound off of eBay and also the tank that holds the petrol split what an absolute joke of a company do not buy here you’re better off buying off eBay

Do not buy. Bought a rc car all road/terrain. Screws and bolts come out. They suggested locktite, you serious?? I don't think so poor quality, expensive now taking to small claims court recommend everyone else does the same as they are a rip off!!

I bought a 50cc quad from these jokers instead of from Ebay, as rchobbies bang on about build quality and such.. but the quad I bought my boy for Christmas, was by no means a quality manufactured machine.
One of the front wheels was tilted way out of position due to a shoddy weld on the front suspension, they told me that the front wheel may be out due to the rear tire not being seated properly.. really?!?.. because the front wheels are totally independent of the frame, that's the point of it (suspension) being there.
They do not except returns on the quad nor provide spare parts, so guess whose left looking for new suspension on a brand new machine?
If you have any choice at all, do not buy from rchobbies.

Worst customer services ever! Cheap Chinese mini moto and pull start broke 1st time tried to start it. Didn't answer ANY emails and only has mobile number listed on his website which is never answered. Address listed in Swindon but doesn't exist. His names Frank Noel and he actually lives by Chester for anyone who's been ripped off by him, David Noel or audra noel. A simple companies house check will reveal his full address.

Bought a quad from them last year. Quad is a cheap porrly made Chinese import. Parts break and fall off all the time. Every time it is used it has to be repaired.
RC Hobbies custumer service is non existent. Basically once they have your money they dob't give a s***

I placed an order for my sons quad bike, then I read some of the bad reviews on here and started to panic . To my delight the quad arrived the day before his birthday, “ontime and undamaged”
Within an hour the quad was built up and running, the build quality is very good and great value for money

I wish I'd read these reviews before placing an order with next day delivery (at £19.94)

When the item hadn't arrived by late afternoon I contacted them to be told "Oh, no, we haven't despatched it because the item is out of stock". There was no attempt to contact me and if I hadn't called them I would still be none the wiser and even now I've not had an apology.

So a little girl's birthday has been ruined because of their indifference and incompetence

Recently ordered and then returned a 50cc motorbike due to my son disliking my colour choice. Rc hobbies were very helpful via telephone and email and were a pleasure to deal with in person when I arrived to return the bike. Refund received quickly with emails to explain all I needed to know. Will most definitely use again and thanks again for all your help and great service.

Bought a 50cc Mini Dirt Bike and it arrived damaged, first they blamed the courier, then they offered parts then they offered to re-imburse full payment if I footed the bill for the return in the original package. I reminded them of the 2015 consumer act that they are responsible for their goods to arrive on the customers doorstep fit for use and that's when they stopped communications, this has been going on since April 2018. I am now taking them to court using their RC-Hobbies co,uk, On Line address. Up to now they have ignored the courts also. The only way to stop these companies is stop buying from them.

Excellent service. Ordered and delivered next day. My 125cc quad.

AVOID THE QUAD BIKE Interrogator 125cc Quad Bike 4 Stroke Electric Start with Reverse

Fell apart after 1 hour driving it on flat ground. Chain came off, not enough bolts holding it on, suspension arm completely snapped, battery stopped working, spark plug gone, everything came loose. £600 down the drain. Emailed and just got a pathetic apology and that I could buy more badly made cheap fake parts from him at my cost. Sent to be fixed and garage said it’s all cheaply made and not worth the money! Save your cash, buy a decent make, or buy a decent second hand one!

They really shouldn’t be selling them, or they need to help more when things go wrong!!

I ordered a mini dirt bike which arived inadequately packaged & damaged. The damaged fairing was replaced but subsequently found an issue with the drive chain bearing hard on the frame. After two weeks sending photos & messages & being fobbed off I said I would take the matter further. I was then told to return the bike in its original packaging at my cost. I do not trust these people & I suggest buyers go elsewhere.

AVOID - A TOTAL FRAUDULENT SETUP - TAKE YOUR MONEY, SEND BAD QUALITY AND DAMAGED GOODS ,THEN DONT ANSWER PHONE OR PRETEND SOMEONE WILL CALL TO FOB YOU OFF. TOTALLY RUINED MY SONS CHRISTMAS GIFT - IM STILL WAITING FOR IT TO BE RESOLVED.

WONT GIVE ADDRESS, WONT GIVE YOU LANDLINE NUMBER, YOU CANT SPEAK TO NO ONE EXCEPT THE RECEPTION ON THE MOBILE PHONE - SPEAKS VERY RUDELY AND ARROGANT . CALL THEM FIRST BEFORE ORDERING AND ASK TO SEE GOODS IN PERSON AND ASK QUESTIONS LIKE THIER ADDRESS. HE TELLS YOU A WAREHOUSE ADDRESS AND SAYS THERE NO ONE THERE BUT A SHIPPING AREA

Recieved mini moto damaged and upon reading all the reviews on here I really wasn't holding out much hope on receiving the parts I needed let alone receiving them before Christmas but to my delight I have just recieved them and that was just over a week my son will be excited now.
