I do not recommend RC Marine Yachts based on my recent experience with their service and customer support.
II strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to have a lawyer review the contract before signing or making any payment. And all comunication done via your professional lawyer!
In my experience, once full payment was received, the company’s attempts to avoid contractual responsibilities at all cost, which created unnecessary stress and complications.
For a transaction of this value, transparency and professionalism are essential. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would recommend extreme caution and proper legal protection before committing to any agreement with them.
From the beginning, their communication has been inconsistent, unprofessional, and lacking transparency. Important updates regarding my yacht service were not provided in a timely or reliable manner, and I was often left waiting for answers that never came. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a company that presents itself as a professional yacht broker and Azimut official distributor in France!
Furthermore, every attempt to get clear information was met with confusion and unclear responses. When issues arose, instead of offering solutions, the company responded with excuses and shifted responsibility back onto me or other companies contracted by them. This made what should have been a straightforward process unnecessarily frustrating.
Professionalism, clear communication, and responsiveness are absolutely essential in any business, particularly one handling high-value transactions like Azimut yachts. Unfortunately, RC Marine Yachts has failed on these fronts. Based on my experience, I strongly advise caution before considering any commitments with this company.
