We have been a customer of Reach for a number of years and have always found them helpful. They recently upgraded our phone system which was an efficient and painless process; their engineer James got everything installed quickly and showed us how to use our new equipment.

Absolutely incredible service. The friendly engineer came to install phones and was efficient and helpful, but we then had serious problems with our router (unrelated to the phone system) which he fixed for us without even asking, which turned into a 4-day hassle with the old broadband provider. Could not thank them enough - completely above and beyond. Very happy.

We have just had a new phone system put in over a two day period. The engineer was extremely good at his job, very helpful, explained the new system fully. The whole transition of phone system went smoothly, we would highly recommend Reach Digital Telecoms.

Thank you Ben for installing our new phone system. Travelled over 4 hours to install our new system for us and the Mitel phones are great, a lot more modern than our old phones, we now have touch screens and apps on our phones to make it easier to answer calls with clients when working from home.
