No product, no refund! Beware!
I ordered two large items from them. One shipped in a couple of days, the other never shipped. I waited a week and called them. They said they needed to get with the manufacturer who directly ships. Weeks have gone by and it's been a month, still no product. I requested a refund, it has now been five days (three business days) and have yet to see my refund. They keep saying they are reaching out to the manufacturer, which they never could before. I have opened a dispute with my credit card and PayPal. What a scam!
Wrong Part Shipped / No Hurry to Replace with Correct Item
We ordered a pipe rack for our company truck with a full size bed. The manufacture drop shipped the incorrect size for a compact truck. I sent them photo evidence proving that it was incorrect. They agreed that it was incorrect and said that they would get a replacement one sent and send an RMA to send back the incorrect rack. I have not received an RMA. I received a shipping notice for the replacement rack and that was over two weeks ago. I just called to check the status and they said that they didn't know why I received that email because they hadn't sent a replacement and were waiting on the manufacturer to provide the RMA before they reordered the correct one. Its been over a month, they took our $1600 and we still have no rack or return for the incorrect part. We had already purchased multiple racks from this company with no issue but if you have an issue plan on being screwed. We plan to make a claim with the credit card company for a fraudulent charge on our card.

I had called after 7pm (central) not expecting to get an answer but to get the automated system telling me they are closed and what times they will be open.
Lied to on Best pricing and cancelling of order
The online sale representative said I was getting the best price available even with my military discount. The following day I get email from RealTruck offering $200 off same item I had just ordered. I therefore called and cancelled my order. Representative took my cancellation, had me talk to rep with rapid ship department who said he would put in order to cancel order and shipment. Three hours later I get notice that order was shipped. I had to call back and stated I HAD CANCELLED the order and wanted my refund. I was told by shipping that it was already shipped and in the possession of Federal Express. I said I had cancelled and representative of shipping department told me they put in request to cancel. So know I have to wait another 24 hours or more to see if the order is really cancelled and refund issued to my credit card. I do not like being lied to. I will not be buying from RealTruck in the future.
Their products do not fit
I bought a soft bed cover for my 2026 Nissan pro4x Raush edition mid-size truck and it did not install. Not configured correctly for my model. I also bought steps/running boards for the same vehicle and the professional installer showed me THEY couldn't be installed. I used their system to fit these products to the specific make, model and year, almost down to the VIN number of my truck, and in BOTH instances, they could not be installed. I wasted my precious time off work, only to be disappointed TWICE. I CAN'T RECOMMEND THEM YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY.

Real truck warranty issues

Filed a claim with them to find out they act a ls a third party and contact the manufacturer and coordinate between us to resolve the issue. The manufacturer wanted me to cut up the seat covers before they would warranty them. I feel this is outrageous and choose instead to have my wife sew them. I feel real truck does not help its customers and is only interested in making profit. I recommend looking for other suppliers or you will have to fight with them for service.

Ordered 2 items one still waiting on it's days late and the other was never shipped 8 days and counting. I cancelled the not shipped and am still trying to get my money back, they say it will take 10 days although i paid right away. Would I order again NO. they have taken zero responsibility for this and blamed the shipper
Take my money when you don't have the product.
Placed an order showing in stock but it wasn't. Ok, that's no big deal, I can just cancel right? Wrong......it has been days and days waiting for them to confirm cancelation and issue my refund. I've even threatened a BBB complaint filing. There is NO WAY it takes a week to make a simply cancelation, meantime they have almost $300 dollars of my money!

I ended up ordering the Truxport Truxedo Gen 2 tonneau cover from RealTruck for my beautiful '14 F150, and was able to install it in about an hour.
(Pretty handy 68-year-old female. Cody..."you've got this"!) It came very quickly, and was expertly packaged. I am extremely happy, it is perfect, and after researching for a couple of months, I only wish that I had used the Chat sooner. Military Discount
The order went flawless, but forgot to ask for military discount if there was one. GM accessories has it for 25% off, but the parts guy said that it wouldn’t fit and it was on back order. So I bought it from you. I didn’t know that it was a special order and it would take 2.5 weeks to ship. The last tonneau cover that came from you was painted. My order # 7155085 color would be Polar White Tricoat -paint code I think is 241L Thanks John Newman
Unhelpful and lied to me (or just unknowledgeable about the products they sell)
I called to purchase a set of brackets for a pair of their running boards that I purchased from FB Marketplace. The salesperson I spoke with informed me that they ship as set (the boards and brackets) as they are prepackaged overseas. I made a comment about replacements for customers who say have a damaged board, wouldn't they break up a set? He stated that they would ship out a complete set. I said, "So, I guess I am SoL." He told me yes... Poor customer service, to say the least.
Well, my husband and I purchased a new set directly from them, and guess what, the running boards and brackets ship separately. The sales person straight up lied to me, or just didn't know what the heck he was talking about. Either way, I will never recommend this company. As someone who has worked in customer service for an e-commerce company for over nine years, I always try to do what I can to help a customer who has our products, and if I truly can't help, I try to be kind and put myself in their shoes.

I wish I could give zero stars. Your sales agents lie on the phone. Twice now I've ordered a part you say is in stock and will ship within a day. Never ships. Part is on national back order. Your phone reps will say anything to make a sale.
