I "purchased" two de-icing heaters from them which did not arrive so "Angela" in a return e-mail apologised and said they would send another pair immediately! They did not arrive and I got an identical e-mail response. For three times I have asked for my money back, one of which had a irrelevant return.

SCAM COMPANY
I ordered two high quality jumpers from them at a cost of £159 each. The quality turned out to be appalling. They were not woollen jumpers as in the pictures but cheap polyester garments with coloured prints on them. Surely this Company should be banned from selling in the UK

Got caught like all the other people fortunately I only spent £30. They advertised on Facebook. Will try and get my money back. And re post any info.

I'm trying to get a refund on a coat. It's very poor quality. To return it is £20 for Which I would be responsible. The coat isn't worth that. I can't get any sense from my emails to the company and they take days to reply, if at all.

Hello, We ordered two dresses from Smith Wardrobe (smithwardrobe.uk) which appears to be a trading name of Re:amaze. The dresses took ages to arrive - shipped from China - and were of the shoddiest quality possible. I emailed them and they offered me a five percent rebate and I could keep the dresses. I've asked for the rebate, and we shall see what happens.

I ordered a heater from this company on 22 November 2024, believing it was UK based. I heard nothing at all from them so email on 22 December. They replied the same day and effectively said it had got lost in the post and that they would post another and send me tracking details. Still not a word from them. Sent a third email and no reply at all.
Garbage cashmere sweater
I purchased a cashmere sweater for my husband for Christmas. When it arrived it was folded and screwed up like a bag of rags. No way does it look like cashmere. There are no labels inside of the jumper no washing instructions, nothing to say its cashmere. I contacted their customer services who offered me a £4 refund. The sweater cost £23. I told them it was unacceptable but have not heard anything since . Thus is 4 days ago. Please don't buy from this company it's a load of rubbish that they sell
DIRTY SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS! Also trading as Amori-London and Amor London. Highly misleading websites making claims such as contract with Royal Mail, Eco credentials and so on…what isn’t revealed is that the goods are shipped from China, aren’t new stock, extremely poor quality. Search deeper into Amori-London, Amor-London sites and you will eventually discover that the company is based in China. Also, do an image search via Google and you’ll discover the images used on the websites aren’t original but have been used on many sites over the years. I bought a pair of boots (I feel like an idiot falling for this!) supposedly discounted. The cheapest of rubbish, ill fitting, wanted to return, was told goods had to be returned to CHINA and it would cost anything from a minimum £20 PLUS duty payment to ship to China or £100 via FedEx. £50 I won’t get back but having the opportunity to expose this bunch of thieves will make up for it.
Go through website with a fine-tooth comb before you part with your personal information, not just your money!!

Rip off company selling under various uk company names that don't exist. Poor quality plastic shoes that are supposed to be quality hand made leather. I paid by PayPal so got my money back. The shoes will be going to a charity. AVOID - THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

Horrendous experience. £20 to ship products back to china and not received refund over a month later. Avoid at all costs. When I asked to make a complaint they emailed me about something unrelated suggesting I try a bigger size

They pretend they are UK based but actually from China. We bought lamps from there and they are all of really bad quality and have chinese plugs - not what you expect from a company called 'lunara lights london'.
I wish we had done better research of this company as we have now bought lamps we cannot return and we have lost that money.
