Great Customer Service.
You can only really judge a company by the customer service offered when things go wrong.
I ordered a flag and was very happy with it, and put into storage for future use.
When got out few months later noted couple of panels had been stitched upside down.
Contacted red dragon,Apologies given even though not required, as I should have picked up fault earlier. All sorted within a week and half including post both ways, with no charge.
5/5 for customer service.

My original rating was 3 because of slow delivery (Royal Mail) but I will rate them 5 for Outstanding post delivery service and liaison in trying to sort out the problem

This company is not at all what it seems...
Following a terse exchange of emails with the owner of this company Jo Ashburner recently I have to say that this company is not at all what it seems. When I bought from them last the comapny name was Red Dragon Manufacturing Ltd. They are now Red Dragon Flagmakers Ltd. The same owner, same staff, same website, same products and making the same claims as the last company about awards and social mission - what they don't tell you is they closed that company a year ago with £144,627.05 of unpaid debts - including £72,000.00 to WCVA; the national membership body for voluntary organisations in Wales! In the owners own words to me, "We closed the latter to get rid of the confusion between the two businesses which are actually both effectively me anyway".

Being local I called these guys couple…
Being local I called these guys couple of weeks before Christmas looking to get a nice Wales flag in time to send to our daughter in America. Person of the phone said we couldn't visit the shop without an appointment & didn't know when we COULD have an appointment. Also didn't know if they even had the flag I wanted. Really really poor. Ended up driving to Swansea where we got the flag we needed, off the shelf, from a place we just walked into off the street.

Hello - really sorry to hear this. We dont have a shop or a retail outlet you can visit. We do however have a factory which is closed to visitors under Welsh Government Covid19 restrictions. You will have seen from our website that we make all flags to order and only supply high end products so its likely that as you eventually purchased what you needed from a local retailer, we wouldnt have been able to accommodate you anyway as our products are not imported or mass manufactured. In any case we havent been able to locate any record of an enquiry in your name on either our call logs or emails otherwise we would have advised you of the same. We're sorry that you feel your expectations were'nt met by our business but are glad you managed to find what you needed in the end.

ended up buying elsewhere this time.
I needed a flag for the site of the crashed WWII Wellington Bomber MF509 in the Brecon Beacons, ahead of a visit by some of the family of the Canadian crew. It proved so difficult first to get through to red dragon on the phone, and then to get any sense from them when I did. Have bought from them before and they were ok, but ended up buying elsewhere this time.
