Exceptional service from Ollie Shead from the moment we turned up for a test drive, all the way through to handing me the keys for my Volvo XC60. Kept me thoroughly informed during the week between paying the deposit and collecting it, with updates on the mechanical check progress and refinements to get it as good as brand new. Ollie even sent me a video the day before collection to show just what a great job the team had done in getting it prepared. And when I did collect it on Saturday, I was blown away by the impeccable state of the vehicle! Really like buying a brand new car. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

I recently purchased a BMW X4 from this dealership and had a great experience from start to finish. Tom, who assisted me throughout the process, was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made everything straightforward and stress-free, taking the time to answer all my questions without any pressure.

There was a slight issue with the car after purchase which was spotted on delivery day, but I have to say the way it was handled was outstanding—it was rectified with no hassle at all. That level of customer service really gives you confidence that you’re in good hands.

This is my first preowned purchase and also my first Porsche so I was a little cautious when visiting Redline. However, after agreeing a meeting with Ben Brook I was made to feel both welcome and at ease. Following a test drive I agreed a deal with Ben and picked the car up a week later with any necessary work completed as agreed. The process was great and the car has been great.

Bought my Aston Martin Vantage through James at Redline, who was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. The collection process was smooth and efficient.
After a few weeks, a minor issue arose with the car, but James was quick to step in and get it resolved. Everything is now sorted, and I couldn’t be happier with the vehicle.

Olly Shead was a really personable salesman whose communication via telephone and video was on another level. I was slightly nervous doing a long distance high value purchase but Olly made the whole process straightforward and i had a high level of confidence in him which he duly delivered with aplomb.
