Made initial enquiry by phone
Made initial enquiry by phone. A human (yes a human, not an desk clerk passing me sound) picked up. Dealt with Ben T, knowledgeable down to earth and totally genuine bloke.
Went to view the Merc, no fuss, no nonsense. Agreed the deal, Ben did all he said he would, picked up a very shiny new toy a few days later.
Can't rate Redline & Ben T highly enough. Dont ever go to a main dealer, dull as dishwater and more expensive! Plus, at Redline they all speak God's Yorkshire!!

I would highly recommend Redline Specialist Cars. A professional (rather than pushy) experience with Steve Mahon in sales and Graham Boyes on the finance. I am very pleased with my BMW M340d and would definitely buy with Redline again.

First class!
Well, what can I say? Absolute first class service. This has got to be one of the most professional dealerships you will ever come across. Nothing is too much trouble. Having spoken to Chris on the phone a couple of weeks ago and arranging a viewing we struck a deal and today I collected my new RS6 Performance and I’m over the moon with it. Would highly recommend this company if you were looking for a quality used high end vehicle at a sensible price.

I had never heard of Redline Specialist…
I had never heard of Redline Specialist Cars before, as I am based in Hertfordshire. I found a suitable vehicle on Auto Trader and contacted them via WhatsApp. They responded immediately and quickly understood my needs as a Deaf person. We continued communicating through WhatsApp until the vehicle was purchased. The whole process was seamless and prompt, which made my life much easier.

The Benchmark for Premium Automotive Service
I am unsure exactly how many cars I have purchased through Stephen Mahon at Redline, but it is comfortably in double figures. Over the years I have consistently praised the organisation and its people, and I have referred many friends to them simply because they are the best.
From the initial sales process through to the aftercare, the experience has always been faultless. Most recently I had a small issue with one of my cars and was introduced to Matt Talbott, their Guarantee Manager. Once again, the level of attention and professionalism was outstanding.
I wanted to write this review not only to recommend them, but to thank Stephen, Matt, and all the team — including those working hard behind the scenes — for continuing to deliver truly exceptional customer service.
