First of all, the concepts behind these shirt's is fantastic, very rarely can you get this good quality of merch for TV shows like Phoenix Nights or I'm Alan Partridge. I ordered a Red Dwarf shirt for my partner for Christmas on Thursday evening (12th Dec), and it arrived Monday the 16th. The quality is impeccable and sizing seems to be perfect, I am very much looking forward to gifting this, this Christmas. I will be recommending to anyone who will listen and I will certainly be buying more.

However this time I had an issue where I had to use customer service and I can’t praise them highly enough. Such great service and lovely to interact with a real person!

Very accessible communication with sales staff, who went the extra mile to ensure that my order was processed and dispatched in time. Clearly the undertakings given to me by the staff colleague with whom I spoke were actioned, as promised. I could not have received better service.

Warning!They don't pay the VAT on their side so if you're receiving goods from outside the UK you're gonna be hit with big custom charges.Avoid.

Arrived today, very disappointed, this shirt is like paper. I’m currently wearing a go shirt I bought 9 years ago, staying Top condition, be lucky if this thing lasts 1/2 washes, it’s so thin. It’s like paper.

Shirt arrived on time, but had to return it because it was too small. Nearly one month later on and I still haven't received a refund

Was gifted one of the Pop Culture Football Shirts but it did not fit. They must be using Asian sizing, as the 3XL was definitely not a 3XL.

Contacted customer support and sent back the 3XL for a 5XL which fits better but not great.

I think the sizing needs to be better but the customer service was good.

I will leave additional comments when I have worn the item a bit more.

I had to send a t-shirt back to them.Firstly in my opinion,the shirts sizings are ridiculously small.So you may need to return your item.
Secondly,They do not refund your original post & packaging costs,nor the post and packaging costs, I had to pay for, to return the t-shirt.So I'm a tenner down.Thanks Red Molotov.👍

Ordered a Sopranos football shirt was very pleased with item until after the 3rd wash when holes appeared in it, contacted customer services and their response was it’s been chewed by an animal not our problem.

Will never use this firm again, and just to confirm at no point did my goldfish chew a hole in my top

First rate from start to finish, with a great quality product (Mos Eisley FC shirt for a friend). Happy to recommend
