Red Molotov Avis 

Third and last time I order from REDMOLOTOV.COM.
I live in Paris and I had the very unpleasant surprise of having to pay no less than 36 euros in customs duty on my order that was 107 pounds. It represents no less than a third of the total price of my order. I called the customer service several times and they never answered, I emailed them and they also did not answer. I won't ever be ordering again from this company and I encourage you to do the same.

Excellent quality t shirts, well printed and made from cotton. Too often you get a t shirt ordered online and it's poor quality, the material is cheap and not nice to wear. But Redmolotov's are very comfortable. Delivery is good, cam be sometimes a bit slow but never had any real issues. Would recommend highly.

Overall very happy with T-shirt. Ordered the Carcetti Mayor T-shirt featured in the TV series The Wire. Red Molotov dispatched the T-shirt within 3 days which was reasonable. The T-shirt printing quality was pretty good actually. And the Mens T-shirt material was Gildan heavy cotton, which was preferable for me, since thicker fabric tees look better. The only minor negative was the white T-shirt arrived with speckles of black fluff, which only took couple minutes to pick off. It might be worth Red Molotov using some more smoother premium heavy cotton T-shirt brands in the future. For reference, I think Urban Classics plain T-shirts used to be quite premium in the material.

Great choice of products: designs, sizes and colours. The T-shirts are very comfortable and made from good material.
Best of all, however, about Red Molotov is their excellent customer service. I recently bought 4 T-shirts. Two were a perfect fit but the other two had very much larger neck openings, which I didn't particularly like. Nothing wrong, just a matter of personal preference. I contacted Red Molotov to see if anything could be rearranged. I got a reply the same day explaining they were in the process of changing suppliers (sure enough the T-shirts had had two different tags on them) and offering to reprint the designs on my preferred style. Not an exchange or replacement - two new T-shirts. This was much more than I'd expected or hoped for. These two turned up today and are excellent fits. I'm delighted with Red Molotov: their response was really prompt, very decisive and incredibly customer-focused. I won't look anywhere else for T-shirts now.

Great designs. However, I have found the prints are of poor quality, some t shirts only lasted me two years until the print peeled off.

First of all, they made a mistake in the delivery process: they didn’t put my complete address in the order (including the city), even though I had already made orders in the past. Apparently, they didn’t check my incomplete online form where the name of the city of delivery was missing, nor double-checked in their past files, even though I was already a customer. When nothing arrived after a couple of weeks, I warned them I needed their shirt delivered within a specific date for a party: even though they could have it shipped with an expedited delivery (six days from UK to Italy would have been enough) they decided not to: they mailed it with ordinary mail.
They didn't acknowledge their mistake and negligence, so that means they have no willing to improve, fix and prevent such mistakes in the future.

Great designs, high quality ethically sourced t-shirts, fast delivery, very good prices. What more could you want?
