Regents Residential Avis

I had an incredible experience working 6 years with Mony as my lettings real estate agent! From our first meeting, it was clear that he was dedicated, knowledgeable, and deeply passionate about helping clients find their perfect home.

Mony took the time to understand my needs and preferences and provided valuable insights about the local market. He was always available to answer my questions and guided me through every step of the letting process with professionalism and care. I couldn't recommend him enough!

Mony and Adam truly offer a 5* service whether a vendor or purchaser.
I have used the guys for a number of years now, to find me investment properties in the North, North West and West London postal codes and I am delighted to say they always come up trumps with some outstanding properties.
They are truly professional, honest and unlike many Estate Agents, cut through the BS and only offer sound advise.
In my experience they are right at the top of their game.

Mony and Adam recently helped in renting out my flat. They are both professional and their level of engagement was proactive and committed to finding the best tenants for me. They know the neighbourhood very well and have developed great relationships with building agents and third party contractors which resulted in effect resolutions of matters needed to close out tenancy agreements. Highly recommended!

Excellent and pleasant professional service with prompt attention to detail and individual requirements. Experienced and thorough knowledge of the real estate market.

Regents provided an excellent level of service. They sold our flat much faster and at a much better price than we were hoping for. You really get the sense that they achieve this because they’re so committed to doing a great job for their clients.

I couldn’t recommend them more highly!

Adam and Mony were brilliant agents. We have used them for sales and rentals and we’ve been delighted with them in both areas. I would definitely recommend Regents Residential to anyone looking for a trust-worthy estate agent in London - really efficient service and can always count on Adam and Mony to get the job done!

Mony and Adam are great to deal with. They have just sold a property for me which I was struggling to sell with other agents - so happy with the result and will definitely use them for sales going forwards.
They also rented out an apartment for me quickly and did thorough checks in the tenants, when other agents had not succeeded.
They are very insightful about the property market and were wonderful to work with!

In short, it was a pleasure dealing with Mony and to transact on the property. Mony was insightful about the property and all related matters, always available for more clarifications and for further viewings.

He went above and beyond during a complicated matter and helped me transact on this property without any issues or delays.

I can not recommend Mony highly enough and I look forward to doing more business with him in the future.

Show me the Mony. We used Regents for property management and sales. Mony is a honest and proactive agent who always picks up the phone. He managed to sell our property within a few months after getting the listing. He succeeded where other agents had failed.
Definitely the best estate agent I've used in London.

Regents Residential helped me to find an apartment. Mony and Karen work with a customer professionally, reach out to landlords very quickly and make sure that the place will satisfy all of your needs! I would recommend this company to everyone!

I used Regents Residential when looking for new flat. They accumulated all offers, we had viewings in one day and found my desire place. Im very satisfied and recommend their services for anyone who is looking for great residential deals and very personalised service.

Mony from Regents Residential was recommended to me as trustworthy agent by a friend who had worked with him several times a few years ago. I can absolutely confirm this and have myself recommended the firm to a friend.

When I first got in touch I immediately felt in good hands. Mony is not only quick, responsive and highly reliable but also a very kind person. He was patiently answering several questions related to housing etc in the UK (I was moving there from Germany) and provided very good orientation and guidance. Even after the contract with the landlord was signed he offered his help with overcoming some of the obstacles I was confronted with related to moving and as an expat.

I wouldn‘t hesitate for a second to engage him again!

Great assistance and the process was very fast and very simple! The agents were very friendly, assuring and trustworthy!!

Very understanding and excellent at their job

Excellent service. I would highly recommend it

Great company and excellent service! Thanks Karen.

From my initial call to selecting the perfect flat for myself and a friend; Karen provided a seamless experience. I high recommend her company and her expertise. My preferences were listened to and we kept to our budget range. The letting process felt so simple and easy. We were driven to each property where a sales agent was waiting to welcome us to view the property. We had a great selection of properties to look at which were wittled down to our favourite 3-5. Selecting our favourite flat was just as seamless and stress-free as the rset of the experience. I would definately use this service again and explore the other services that they have in the future.
