I Was a little dubious, after some poor experiences with dealer and other companies but this turned out amazing. Really quick turn around and the fob works better than it ever has. Will be sending the second fob also. Really pleased.

Second time I have used this company for a car key repair/ refurb. Once again 5 star service. Posted key Monday morning and it was back Friday morning. Working perfectly. I shall use the service again should I need a key repair in the future.

Just placed order on the website, packed up remote with copy of order. Sent off my remote on Monday, just received it back on Thursday, all working. Great job.

When the buttons on my Mokka remote control collapsed, I ordered a replacement unit, only to discover that my original had been glued together.

After struggling to open it, on transfer to the new case, the unit failed to work.

I obtained quotes from other car key engineers, who wanted to charge me the exorbitant fee of £180 to attend and replace.

I then saw the website for Remote Key Repairs, with a fixed fee of £59.99 for my model, refundable if it couldn't be repaired, together with the vast array of 5* reviews on Trustpilot.

So I placed my order, sent off my key on the Thursday and by Tuesday it was back - fully functional once again.

Don't let comments about limited communication put you off.

The turnaround over a weekend was superb, the key has worked perfectly every time and you get an email from Royal Mail notifying you that your key is on its way back to you.

A genuine 5 STAR service in every way.

Very easy to deal with, clear and concise information. Key fob was returned very quickly. Hopefully my issue is sorted but I won't know for a little while as the battery was draining very fast with no warning. I would definitely recommend the company and if the issue is resolved I will send them the other key fob.
