The service was first class (3 day turnaround) and the repaired car key was truly as good as new. Moreover less than a third of the cost of a main dealer - an all round experience which I would heartedly recommend.

Very impressive product and service
Great customer service. Went above and beyond. I initially submitted my request late one evening and Paul answered that same night. Key was back within a little over 24hrs like brand new and works absolutely fine. Paul also continued to support with some further queries I had over the course of weekend. Top guy and company.

Key repair was very quick and very reasonable price,pity can’t say the same for Royal Mail,Remote Key Repairs sent key on Monday 24 hour tracked service but key did not arrive until Friday.

Extremely helpful and patient with my not very good technical skills, in fact went way beyond what most would probably do.
Amazingly quick - I posted key to them Thursday, they received Friday and was returned to me first class on Saturday. It worked straight from the envelope. Unbelievable service and they were so pleasant. My key had gone through a full washing machine cycle a few weeks previously!

Absolutely amazing service from Remote Key Repair. Communications from Paul throughout were clear and supported with pics to show the complex damage on the circuit board and the repair carried out. Having seen the damage, the value for money and skill to repair it are second to none! Hopefully, will not need you again but if the remote has another visit with the washing machine- I’ll be back…

This is the second time I have used this service and both times the experience was excellent. There was a fast turn around and the non functioning key returned working and with a new case.

I Was a little dubious
I Was a little dubious, after some poor experiences with dealer and other companies but this turned out amazing. Really quick turn around and the fob works better than it ever has. Will be sending the second fob also. Really pleased.

Second time I have used this company…
Second time I have used this company for a car key repair/ refurb. Once again 5 star service. Posted key Monday morning and it was back Friday morning. Working perfectly. I shall use the service again should I need a key repair in the future.
