Excellent Customer Service

We recently got married in Tuscany, and the suit shopping prior to shopping at Remus was a nightmare.

The staff from Remus helped us a great deal, sorting correct sizing and styles. I will 100% be ordering again.

I ordered a suit online for an interview.
I live quite rurally, so I got in touch with Remus Uomo as I needed to be sure the suit arrived promptly. They upgraded the delivery to premium and the suit arrived in time. The fit was exactly as described online. The online team were helpful, and had it not been for their assistance my rural living would have caused the suit to arrive late.
While the interview was not a success, the suit and the team at Remus did their part.

I purchased a pair of trousers on the…

I purchased a pair of trousers on the 3rd of April, and it’s been just a month since the purchase. I only wore them once, and after just one wash, the stitching came apart, which clearly shows the material is of very poor quality.

Excellent customer service

Great Quality

Excellent experience.

I’ve just purchased a beautiful well made overcoat from Remus Uomo and I am really pleased with the quality.
Fast free delivery and well packaged and some nice little touches. All in all excellent.

Refund process was great

As per my last review, I mentioned I knew I would had to use the return / refund process as I had ordered items in additional sizes / styles. It was again, pain free. The new items came in record time even though I had selected standard delivery. The returns process was easy to follow and money has been refunded for the returned items already. Thank you

Clothes are decent but terrible customer service. Have been waiting for weeks to return an item with next to no response from their customer service.

On Friday 8th March

On Friday 8th March I purchased a few birthday gifts for my husband paid for express delivery. Remus promptly took the money out my bank account then took a week to deliver my goods only because I complained and chased them . At this point I have missed my husbands birthday. I called Customer service spoke to a very pleasant lady, who said she would call me back. She did not call back but did email me . She despatched my goods and I have just received them . I asked her to credit the express delivery charge and look to offer me a goodwill based on the bad service . I am being credited the deliver charge but NO GOODWILL . I will not buy from them again based on the experience I have had ...a simple small gesture would have been enough to appease me ....how they have misread their customers satisfaction..

Having purchased over the past few years gift vouchers at Christmas at our Belfast Remus store we believe they have worked a treat and planned our return .We returned this year to our our store in Belfast to repeat the process only to be told after our purchase that Remus no longer supplied gift vouchers and that a receipt in one of their fancy non imbossed envelopes would have to suffice.If Remus really can’t be bothered in taking any effort to supply a basic gift voucher at this time of year then neither can I ...will not return if you can’t get the basics right..
