I am writing this as I have had a nightmare with this company. Constant excuses from their team about my order supposedly’missing’ or ‘lost in transit’ it seems they have a good product but their customer service and despatch operation is terrible, such a shame but I wouldn’t go near them again…and never even gave me a refund. Dreadful - avoid.

I ordered a Porsche 911 car grill badge 3 weeks ago. Item has not shipped yet and their office@support email is unresponsive after three emails. Stay away.

Currently filing a chargeback with my credit card company. Zero communication since I placed the order — I even paid extra for FedEx express shipping and haven’t heard a word in a week. No replies to my emails, no response to my Instagram DMs either.
Is this some shell company with zero staff? Checked review sites and there are tons of people with the exact same experience. Seriously, never buying from them again.
I did get an apology via Instagram DM, but the message said they’d ship it out the next day — and now two days later, still no word. This is honestly nothing short of a joke. Give me my money back.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Bought a grill badge for Christmas. Sadly it wasn’t on time and it took a good while. After a month of waiting i decided to write a mail to the help desk.

They answered the day after with an estimated time for delivery and an apology.

As promised the package arrived! They put in a little present as an apology!

Top customer service and nice quality products.

Just a quick post to let you know I am EXTREMELY pleased with the grill badges. They arrived in a timely and safe manner and the packaging was perfect. They looked great when I opened the boxes to see them and look outstanding on the car. Truly a great product at a fair price. Will order from you again.

Der Artikel wurde im Internet gut beschrieben, was mich zur Bestellung veranlasste. Der gelieferte Artikel entsprach in vollem Umfang meinen Erwartungen und passt perfekt an das Ziegitter. Die Plakette ist hochwertig ausgeführt.

FINGER WEG!

Leider wurde die Bestellung weit nach der eh schon sehr langen Lieferzeit geliefert. Abgebucht wird natürlich sofort. Es sollte ein Geschenk sein und es war dann zu spät. Auf schreiben, dass wir es nicht mehr benötigen wurde trotzdem geliefert, aber eben viel zu spät! Dann keine Reaktion auf die Bitte um Rücksendung der Artikel!
Daher nie wieder bei diesem Anbieter…

Es kam Wochen später eine Entschuldigung und das Angebot, man würde den halben Preis erstatten wenn ich die Artikel behalte.
Ich habe daraufhin ein Telefonat zur Klärung vorgeschlagen!
Wieder kommt nun keine Antwort und keine Erstattung des halben Kaufpreises!!!

Daher, klare WARUNG vor diesem Anbieter!!!!!

I bought a FIA underwear set that was too small. Trying to get it exchanged took effort, but in the end I'm satisfied with how customer support solved it.

I placed an order, including a 155 euro rug, on April 22, and still havent received it.
I sent an email 2 months ago and they told they are sendind it right away, guess what…still waiting. And they dont even answer my emails.
Im really frustrated with this, I checked out if their website is real before buying but clearly made a mistake

My order got lost in the mail, why I send a complaint to the company. It took them a while to reply, but they eventually came back apologizing and promising to send the products once ago. Received my order only a few days later, and it’s great! Will use the company again.

I ordered various grill badges and stickers on the 9th of June….
The DHL delivery link does not change and the company does not reply to various calls, mails, Instagram messages etc.

Very poor service …

Die bestellten Aufkleber sind wie beschrieben und in guter Qualität
Leider ist die Lieferzeit für einen Brief unvorstellbar langsam.
Sendungsverfolgung funktionierte erst nach 2 Wochen
Kontaktaufnahme zweimalig komplett ohne Feedback
Telefonnummer nicht vorhanden.

Super happy mit den Grill Badges, die ich für mein Auto bestellt habe. Das Paket wurde innerhalb weniger Tage geliefert und das Produkt war auch so wie ich es mir vorgestellt habe. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!
