*Following my original review, I’m pleased to say the company finally reached out and resent the items, which arrived much quicker this time. They apologised for the delay and explained that the order was unfortunately missed due to a period of high traffic and volume. As a goodwill gesture, they also included a few extra decals and pin badges, which was appreciated.
While the initial experience was frustrating due to the lack of communication and delays, it’s clear the company is not bad—just perhaps a little slow, especially when shipping from the UK. I’m glad the issue was eventually resolved and appreciate the apology and added items.
Original Review:
I have been waiting for two sets of decals since the 28th of April. This is almost a month ago and yet I'm still waiting with little to no response to my emails from the company or knowledge of where this order is.
After emailing twice, I had an email from the company apologising for the delays, which they blamed on being too busy. This is two sets of stickers which are easy to produce and quick to post in an envelope. I sent further emails and Instagram direct messages in the hope of a reply or update, but received no further response. I was thoroughly disappointed with this at the time.

Verbesserung im 2. Anlauf
Ich habe Ende April ein einfaches Sticker-Set bestellt (war und ist laut Shop "auf Lager"). Als ich nach elf Tagen keinerlei Update zu meiner Bestellung erhalten habe, habe ich eine Mail an den Support geschrieben und nur wenige Stunden später eine formlose Antwort erhalten: "Ihre Bestellung ist auf dem Weg" plus Tracking-Link.
Mittlerweile sind knapp drei Wochen seit meiner Bestellung vergangen. Am Tracking-Status "angekündigt" hat sich nichts geändert, auf eine weitere Anfrage per E-Mail wird nicht reagiert.
Wenn ich mir hier die anderen enttäuschenden Bewertungen durchlese, ergeht es wohl nicht nur mir so. Die wissen genau, warum sie keine Telefonnummer angeben. Leider eine erbärmlich Art der Geschäftsführung.
Fazit: Finger weg!
Edit: Lasst euch nicht von den positiven Bewertungen blenden. Kurze Recherchen offenbaren, dass mind. zwei Bewertungen aus dem Umfeld des Geschäftsführers kommen (vermutlich Partnerin + Schwester).
Update Ende Mai:
Kurz nach dieser Bewertung hat sich der Support wieder bei mir gemeldet, die Fehler wurden eingeräumt und es fand auch ein Entgegenkommen statt.
Die Sticker sind samt kostenlosen Zugaben angekommen und sind wertig verpackt und machen einen guten Eindruck (noch nicht aufgeklebt).
Meine Bewertungen ist damit von inital einem Stern auf vorerst drei angehoben.
