How can I put my review into words I thought it would be more original than just looking up job duties and using the definition I would have been more happy with just a carbon copy of my original with just a update to the year and she never followed up with me for a reference list so that is why I gave a three star

I felt like the editor was certainly not invested in my success. She didn't really take the time to understand my career, where it has been and where it is going. Grammatical errors and typos on all 4 drafts.
The cover letter was a waste of money. After even getting the editor a link to the specific job posting that I was targeting, this cover letter was barely specific to the job, grossly generalized, not compelling in the least. That's the whole experience actually, not compelling. The resume was accurate but not compelling, the cover letter was factual and not compelling. it was all so very bland and weak.

Positive things that employers want to hear, sure, but I'm not going to stretch the truth just to make myself look more appealing in areas where I really am not; I would rather focus on those areas in which I truly shine.

Terrible website, communication leaves a TON to be desired. Resume itself isn't bad, but everything, EVERYTHING, else about this outfit is terrible.

Timely responses to emails
Timely responses to emails. My resume was already complete for the most part, they just rearranged things and changed some wording so not work was really needed. There should be different price packages for if you need a resume from scratch or its just a re-write like mine.
