The resume writer assigned did not seem experienced. It took multiple revisions with a great deal of rewording on my part. Response time was also slower than I would have liked. However when I contacted the company they did reassign it to a senior writer who made the changes and turned out the final product. Have submitted the final product to a few companies but have not received an interview yet. Still too earlier to tell if it is the quality of the resume or other factors.

This was very helpful for me. It helped me more to think through how I wanted my resume to transpire. I certainly would have preferred to have been able to speak with the resume writer but the phone number never worked and when they called me I was unable to get to the call unfortunately. Overall helping with the overall flow of my resume and fine tuning the layout of each bullet was helpful.

Good but not great
I think the customer support was very good.
The resume I received was too "wordy" and the writer tried to be too glorifying - which is crossing the line into resume fluff. Also, remove all detail except for company and title for jobs i had 10 years or older was odd, especially if there was relevant experience in those roles. Overall I thought the service was good but since I had to rewrite and flow copy I do not believe it was worth $99.

I feel that the resume writer did… an ok job.
I feel that the resume writer did listen to my requests. But initially just took my own verbiage and put it on a resume template. There were 5 revisions in total, so I’m happy for the unlimited revisions that came with the offer. I’m happy to have an updated resume, but I was expecting more.
