this company is as dishonest as the day is long. I ordered 3 pieces, two did not fit. I returned them and never got a refund.

I wrote to them and never got a response. Also, their ad says the clothes are made in SC, but the label on the package was from China.

I’m still waiting for the two sweaters I ordered on October 16th if they they don’t come by next week I’ll dispute the charges 😔

If you buy an item, be sure you want it because unless the item is damaged, you are not allowed a return.
The quality of the item is fair. It doesn’t fit like the picture and I am totally dissatisfied. They offered me $12 credit on a $50 sweater and refused the return. I would not recommend this company.

The material is a little too sheer/see thru and it also looks quite cheap quality. I will wear it with jeans and see how it goes

They charged my credit card for $116,97! When I emailed and asked them how and why you chased me without any order !! And the just emails me counted our service !! And now is almost 3 weeks! And nothing !!!

I never received my order even though they charged my credit card. I reached out to them by email but never received a response. Horrible service. I actually give 1/4 star

Items received were just as beautiful as depicted and packaging was great. Communication with this company is super, an all around pleasing experience.

Please before anybody purchases from this company, take heed. Do Not Worst customer service ever and not the truth. These articles are not made in South Carolina. If I wanted return my articles (which I do because they are not true to size) it was going to cost me $30 and send it to Duboi? Why am not sending it to South Carolina if that is where they are made. Such a rip off. No more impulse buying on Facebook.

Was a little disappointed in the time it took to get here. However, when it came I was delighted. I will know next time not to expect the order for 2.5 weeks.

Received merchandise from out if country web site said made in United States.clothes poor quality n did not fit correctly. Try to return for refund. Paid $107. They offer $21 n keep clothes said no full refund send back clothes. Then offer $50 same thing no. Told me to send back needs go to Dubai. Too expensive. Told them I was going to report them if they do not stand by what web site stated. Never heard from them again

The pants looked cute on Facebook. Not so cute when I got them in the mail. Hem wasn’t finished properly and print is speckled on one leg and not on other.

No manufacturer label inside garment and I highly doubt they were manufactured in USA as they claimed.

I can’t find a website, 800 number or way to return them. My credit card company didn’t have any data on merchant.

Horrible! They claim they return, but offered me $18 and told me to keep my product on a $125 order. I said no, I want my full refund as advertised. They told me the shipping would b e at my expense. Still waiting if they will give me full refund and how much shipping will cost me. Do not order from this company!!

Worst customer service ever. You buy an item said made in Carolina but you have to return it to Dubai at your expense. They offer you $33 on a $85 dollar purchase. Ordered a size that fits me in any other website but this small was two sizes too big. Can only deal with them on email and they do not answer all your questions. There are too many good other websites that I would suggest you use. Dealing on just email to me is unprofessional. To send a 1 pound package to Dubai is $30. Horrible horrible customer service.

Do not waste your money or time. Terrible terrible customer service. They don’t understand any questions and are not helpful.

The dress is beautiful. Much more than expected from buying online.

My order came very, very late. I placed the order in early Dec 2023, and just received the merchandise on Jan 27,2024. I contacted customer service a couple of weeks prior to the delivery. It is my belief that had I not made contact, my merchandise would not have been sent to me.
