One of the dresses I ordered was too small. I was able to get a larger one by just paying the shipping costs. They did not ask me to return the smaller one.

Product was nice. Medium fit as expected. I’m 5’4” and weigh 145. Shipping was a little slow. 15 business days from South Carolina to Missouri is a lot. But company quickly responded to my inquiries.

I was skeptical when placing order! So happy to say love the quality and fit of my sweater!

I like the quality of the merchandise, but the sizing is slightly small.

DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY as they are not honoring their return policy. All items need to be returned and their first offer was for me to keep items for a credit of $15 on a $142.47 charge. Then they offered a best of $70. credit. No I want to return items for full credit and the say I need to return to Dubai! I state that their website says a"30 Day Money-Back Guarantee" and "Our products are all made in USA, and we have warehouses in the US/CAN/UK/AUS. Your items will be delivered from the warehouse which is close to you for faster delivery." I get a curt email back stating to return to Dubai!

I ordered a shirt and have been charged for the item but still haven't received confirmation e-mail as to when item will be shipped. Unable to find a phone number to call and check on my order.

Sizes were great and I purchased dresses that were great quality. I am only 5 ft. so a couple of the dresses were a little long but that is normal for me.

If you think you will want to return anything you order, don't order. There is no customer service. You will be stuck with an unwearable product. Material is horrible. So very sorry I ordered from this place. IT WON'T HAPPEN AGAIN,

I ordered several items for an upcoming event and the order did not arrive in time. I am still not so patiently waiting. Customer service originally said that they were waiting on one item since they can't ship separate, so I cancelled the one item and it supposedly shipped ASAP. USPS has still not received the item. I contacted them again and I got another story. I can't rate the product since I can't seem to get it but just for the hassle I would avoid them.

Worst return experience ever! I have three items that need to be returned. Six emails and a month later I am still waiting for a response.

Delivered in reasonable time. Blouse was good condition.

I have ordered from Reyhy on numerous occasions. The items always ship promptly, are well packaged & are usually as depicted. However there are times when red arrives as more orangy, pastels a bit more vibrant than shown. I’ve found that you need to look at the measurement chart when deciding on your size for the most accurate fit. Love this company!

Except for a rather long time before delivery, everything was delivered in excellent condition. The clothes are beautiful. I am very happy.

Unable to get in touch to make a return because one of the dresses I ordered is to small. Won't order from them again. I'm contacting my credit card company to see if I have any recourse.

I have ordered several products from them. The material is very thin, but looks and feels okay when worn. The problem came in with returns. No response at first, when I was contacted they offered $1 for the return, then $5, then nothing but said I could pay the return postage which was almost as much as the dress. The link does not work for customer service. I will NOT be ordering from them again.

I received my order this weekend and was a little nervous of what I'd find. This was my first order from Reyhy and I dreaded having to face a potential return issue. I was very happy as I opened up my items to try on. Everything fit! Wow! And they all looked so nice. Material of the dresses was heavy enough to lay nicely, they were both long enough and fit well. Hooray! I wish the sweatshirt was longer but it's more than keepable. Can't wait to wear all 3 pieces. I only gave a 4 rating due to the length of time it took to receive them...several weeks. But worth the wait and great price.
