2 months and order isn't here yet
I have placed my order since 1 December 2025.
today is 22 January 2026.
I haven't received my orders yet.
I have sent many emails, they are partially replying with silly excuses.
- they promised 50% refund, I haven't got that!
- they promised 100% refund if I didn’t get the order after a month. And here we are after more than a month.
- they promised to send me a new order as a matter of compensation. And that did not happen too.
- The order tracking is showing one ring only being shipped while I have ordered two.
- they refunded one ring amount, but the refund was made as a credit on their website, Like I am going to use them again :)

The item took over a month to arrive, within a week of wearing my ring it had tarnished and discoloured and left a green mark on my skin.
I've had no reply to my email of complaint.
Save your money and avoid this company!

Extreme delay, bad quality, terrible communication
The ring was delayed by 1 month - without any communication!
The quality of the ring, was not as desribed at the website. Within 10 days, the coating was damaged already.

Keine Lieferung, keine Kommunikation – nur mit PayPal gelöst
Ich habe am 11. Dezember 2025 bei Riccardi Paris bestellt.
Angegeben war ein Versand innerhalb von 3–6 Werktagen mit Tracking.
Bis heute (Januar 2026) habe ich keine Ware erhalten.
- Wochenlang keine Versandbestätigung
- Keine Antwort auf meine E-Mail vom 22.12.2025
- Erst nach massivem Nachhaken wurde am 08.01.2026 eine Trackingnummer erstellt
- Das Tracking zeigte ausschließlich „Order data transmitted“ – das Paket wurde offenbar nie an den Versanddienst übergeben
- Danach keinerlei weitere Updates oder Kommunikation
Am Ende musste ich den PayPal-Käuferschutz nutzen.
Der Fall wurde zugunsten des Käufers entschieden und der Betrag vollständig erstattet.
Fazit:
Sehr schlechte Kommunikation, nicht eingehaltene Versandversprechen und ohne externen Druck offenbar keine Lösung.
Ich kann diesen Shop leider nicht empfehlen und rate anderen zur Vorsicht.

Such a scam
Such a scam. The website looks like a Parisian boutique, but the products are cheap Chinese rubbish. Please don’t buy from this store. I also ordered birthday gifts — it’s been 20 days and nothing has arrived. They replied once saying it was “on the way” and then stopped responding altogether.

Unterirdische chinesische Qualität!
Hatte den vergoldeten Ring mit Öffnung und Buchstabengravur.
Ring kam nach ca 3 Wochen aus China an.
Nach 2 Wochen Tragen, ist die Farbe abgeblätter.
Kann direkt in den Abfall!

Purtroppo ho acquistato l'anello con le iniziali senza prima leggere le recensioni negative che non posso che confermare. Dopo pochi giorni l'anello ha perso il colore, qualità davvero pessima. Ho scritto al servizio clienti ma non ho avuto ancora nessuna risposta...non consiglio ASSOLUTAMENTE!

Misleading product description & terrible quality
I received the “Whisper” ring as a Christmas gift and was initially very happy with it. Unfortunately, after wearing it for just one week, the gold color started fading on the underside, the edges turned pink, and worst of all, the ring turned my finger black.
This is shocking considering the website clearly advertises the ring as “Made to last – waterproof, non-blackening & non-rusting.” My experience is the exact opposite.
The ring is now unwearable. I contacted customer service but have not yet received any reply.
Based on the quality and lack of response, I feel the product description is misleading. I strongly regret this purchase and would advise others to be cautious.
