Very helpful staff but they need to be more up to date with the cost of having a smart tv installed. We were told it would cost £40. We were quoted £70 + VAT.
The installer agreed to do it for £60 +VAT

Staff listened to what I needed and suggested possible tv models that would be suitable. I did not feel in any way pressured or rushed. Very pleased with the tv which has the clear sound and picture that I needed.

Organised a demo which was easy to do and they were friendly and accommodating and made me a cup of tea whilst I was allowed to listen to and play around with the device. Ordering over phone was then easy and was delivered in a day or two. Very pleased with the product. And they give 6y guarantee.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Sean at Richer Sounds in Bath when I was looking for a DAC12. Sean was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through all the options and explaining everything in a way that made it easy to understand. I didn’t have to worry about shopping online or guessing which product would work — he was a complete expert and made sure I got exactly what I needed.
Thanks to Sean, my setup is now working perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommended to anyone looking for professional advice and excellent customer service!

The staff and management went out of their way to ensure I got the right equipment for my needs. Initially there was an interference problem identified by the manager on a visit to our home. This was remedied by changing the equipment originally supplied.

I was stressed out by your 3rd party payment system. It would not open when I tapped the address. The address was in black print rather than colour.
However Fred gets 5 stars for patients and helping me through the process.

When I was approached about my purchase I was given all the information I needed and Freddy who served me was very knowledgeable making it very easy to decide what I wanted. My turntable and speakers sound great.

Samsung projector light broke after only 2 years so was out of Samsungs warranty- however Richer sounds had given me their warranty free - they attempted repair but could not fix- gave me a substantial voucher towards another. Very pleased with Richer Sounds and all the knowledgable helpful staff there even though I’m pretty disappointed that Samsung only gives a warranty of 1 year on a piece of tech kit when it has the possibility of catastrophic failure after less than 2 years with no recourse.

Your staff at Bath are most efficient and knowledgeable .
Also both Sean and Hayden were understanding and patient in my choice of speakers . I insisted on hearing both sets of speakers before deciding.
