The greeting we received as we entered the shop was a very good start. Once we said the equipment we hoped to buy a very helpful assistant joined us.
With his help and guidance we found the turntable that was exactly what we had in mind.

I was aware that Richer Sounds has an excellent reputation via Which the Consumer Organisation. Also through previous personal use.

I phoned in advance and said what I was looking to purchase.

When I arrived I was greeted courteously.
All of my product technical questions were answered and relevant details explained so that I could choose between devices and make the right purchase.

Much better than buying online. At Richer one can deal with a knowledgable staff member.

I was also shown the listening room which was useful, with a view to any future purchases.

The goods were delivered on time as agreed.

I will install the kit in a few weeks, confident in the knowledge that if I have any questions I will be helped on the phone by someone knowledgeable.

Also a six year guarantee is part of the deal unlike many other outlets.

The staff at Richer Sounds, Bournemouth were incredibly knowledgeable and helped me narrow down the right option without any pressure. They gave clear, honest advice, made the whole buying process effortless, and were genuinely friendly throughout. Excellent customer service all around — highly recommended.
