Richard was great
Richard was great, good balanced advice. Asked what I wanted to get out of the system and adviced accordingly of the types of speakers to provide that. Got me an excellent package deal and prepped the speaker cables for me.

Very good products at an excellent…
Very good products at an excellent price. I used click and collect to get my items which worked well, though DPD had a slight delay. All in all very good in store service when i went to collect.

Richard sounds never disappoints me.(this is my third visit)
From the moment I step in the shop to the installation of my television, they are very friendly and helpful in explaining the difference between the makes and the different systems.
They have arranged for tv to be fitted as well. Their installers ClemoTech Av
Have been excellent as well. Came within the allocated times were very friendly and did a great job.
Will highly recommend both to anyone.

Tried upselling something motpre expensive
I told your assistant the item I'd come to buy. He immediately tried upselling a similar more expensive one. I bought what I wanted, the original I'd wanted, except the item wasn't in stock so had to return 2 days later. I was happy with my second visit.

Brilliant service as usual
I recently picked up the Audio-Technica LP70XBT from Richer Sounds in South Croydon, and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the experience.
I’ve been coming to this store since I was a teenager, and it’s honestly reassuring that the level of service hasn’t dropped one bit over the years. The team are consistently knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely enthusiastic about what they do — it never feels like a hard sell, just people who actually care about helping you find the right setup.
As for the LP70XBT itself, it’s fantastic. Super easy to set up, beautifully designed, and the Bluetooth functionality makes it incredibly convenient without compromising sound quality. It’s the perfect blend of modern features and that classic vinyl experience.
Richer Sounds South Croydon continues to be my go-to for audio gear, and this latest purchase just reinforces why. Highly recommended both the turntable and the store.

Top quality product
Top quality product, Marantz amp and Dali speakers. Incredible sound for the price, couldn't recommend highly enough. Top service which is what I have come to expect from Richer Sounds.

Great Customer Service
Had a wonderful experience with Ri her Sounds - Croydon, I was able to test the sound of the speakers and even compare them. Martin was very patient and informative and now I have a sound system I am happy with.

Excellent service from team at Richer Sounds Croydon
I bought a TV which developed a fault, so it was returned to Croydon branch for testing. It was returned to manufacturer and I received replacement within 24hrs. Sadly this too had the same problem and constantly needed digital channels re tuning, so was returned for a full refund. Richer Sounds team could not have been more helpful and supportive. Thank you.
