The communication from the delivery team before delivery was accurate, they arrived on time,the TV was put where I wanted it ,they then gave me good advice on the set up of my TV . Overall a first class service

TV purchase
Delivered within 5 day window with good communications on progress of the order. On day messaged to confirm. a 3 hour window and a call 20 mins before arrived. Rob and Mark delivered my TV today and were very friendly, polite and respectful. The delivery was made with care with no damage to the box. They were very knowledgeable and gave some tips on setting up the TV. Would recommend and use again.

Main TV went down, so desperate for a replacement. Found the TV on Richer Sounds for a great price

Good customer service
Rob and Paul were very professional, brought my TV to the house very carefully, and went through everything with me. Highly recommend Richer Sounds. Used to use them years ago but then got married, got a mortgage, etc. Now I've got a bit of money, I'm back with them.

Trev and mark were superb. Great communication about delivery time, and arrived promptly. Cheerful, friendly and professional he ensured I knew exactly the next stage in installaption, checked I had guarantee and left when he was assured I was completely satisfied. A credit to Richer Sounds!

Rob and Paul delivered my new TV this afternoon and kept me up to date with the time they would arrive. All went really well and I appreciated their kindness and consideration. If only other delivery firms employed people like Rob and Paul purchasing items would always be pleasure not the anxious time consuming experience it normally is.
