Great service from Richer Sounds distribution team . Everything went to plan.
Initial 4 hour time slot provided at the time of ordering . Next morning narrowed down to a 2 hour slot . Gareth rang 15 minutes before arriving .
As expected TV was secure in manufacturers packaging .
Great communication from ordering TV to delivery.

Excellent experience from start to finish. I ordered my first hi fi from Richersounds 30 years ago and the service was brilliant going back then. Glad to say nothing has changed.
They had the exact model we wanted with a £100 reduction so we ordered online. We opted for a next day delivery for under £10 (John Lewis was £100 dearer with a £20 delivery charge) and it was received 10.30 am the following day.
Very courteous delivery guys who were really helpful and who were reassuringly from Richersounds.
Fantastic service all round.

They are very professional retailers from buying online till delivery everything was very helpful and organised, delivery was on time, delivery person Warrick and Rob delivered the tv inside my house even after sales the customer service team very helpful
